It's Mangotv, they don't do sub schedules, it's there when they have it. But if you can't wait for their manual subs, it's machine translated on their own site, which is pretty decent honestly.

Nope, pretty much the ML and FL are in love since the early episodes, and he kinda rejected the princess and Wu Tingfang already. He did marry the princess though.
About the ending, don't remember much, wasn't that exciting. He became enemies with Zhao Pan. Then flashforward, he lives in the mountains with the FL and he has a son which ends up being Xiang Yu.
