Moon Sang Min and Bae Hyeon Seong fighting scene was a racket! I could see from their eyes how much they were enjoying doing that. To have these two in an action comedy! Also, the actors doing the leads as teenagers were so good. Hong Min Ki needs a lead role asap! The drama is nonserious but not cringey like many recent romcoms. Started well, hopefully gets even better. The writer has written very entertaining dramas like The Tale of Nokdu and Love In the Moonlight.

Many thanks for this article. Will def start watching. Am simply amazed by the high quality of c-noir dramas and been watching a lot of them this year. Other c-noir watchers will also likely appreciate Escape From the Trilateral Slopes, and The First Shot.
This is silly and absurd (how they employ 5 municipal workers just to marry off one guy) but for some mysterious reason I kind of liked the first episodes. Must be the curls on Lee Yi Kyung. He's not someone you can say no to.
Did anybody actually like Lee Jin Wook in Dear Hyeri......it was just difficult to watch him. Hope this is not a waste of a good script with these actors.
The title is literally "brewing love" they have a poster of FL and ML with a glass of alcohol. Kinda silly to…
the most fluffy dramas have the most people who mistake this site for a fansite. People feeling they must fight wrong opinions about dramas that aren't even serious, where they have no stakes, is what's silly.
I feel like you maybe ought to be ignoring this drama completely rather than commenting about how much at odds…
never courteous to ask that. bc this happens to be a commenting and criticism site. You're assuming it's a fansite. Write your views in your own line instead of attacks. Just state your own views and let others state theirs.

Ji Seung Hyun guesting in ep 3 made me remember Team Bulldog. In Team Bulldog the combination of humour and serious case investigations worked so well together. The humour was actually funny and not cringey at all. The suspense was not watered down by the humour.
I remember people like me liked S1 - especially the latter part - except found Kim Sung Kyun's acting over the top and cringey and out of place in the drama. I guess they got triggered by the comments bc the whole crew is now acting like Kim Sung Kyun. Lee Ha Nee doing a Jim Carrey face... she's a very good comedian. And although I sort of enjoy the comedy I'd actually still prefer for this to be more serious. There's maybe still time. This is just me, having watched plenty of seriously heavy drug crime dramas lately. That means I just find the combination of drug crime and comedy a little too lighthearted.
A fast paced crime & detective drama. Not fast paced on steroids but compared to another thriller I'm watching right now (Save Me 2) this moves at double speed. We get attached to the 2 main characters. Zhuang Wen Jie is a Sherlock Holmes type and Captain Luo an authority but protective type. There's something fundamentally satisfactory about how well they and rest of the police work together. I find this entertaining and refreshing (currently at ep 13).
A man's eyelid was burnt with a cigar. There was a fight ring where loosers were brutally killed. The main antagonist's…
decide for yourself. I just put up a warning. Not everyone enjoys violence to this degree but just tolerates it when it's required by the plot. You're welcome to make fun of me if that's the way you wish to contribute to this site. My background is not seeking violence per se or enjoying it for its own sake. I mostly watch noir crime dramas. What some people find overly violent like The First Shot are not particularly violent to me. But to be very desensitized to violence, I don't know whether it's good. I see a lot of people being able to handle only fluff like Brewing Love or Love Next Door. I don't know whether that's a good thing either. Just food for thought. I've got no answers. But in general, writing to dismiss other contributor's comments sucks. It makes the site unfortable. Just accept that not everyone sees things the same way. If you have something to say, say it in your own line and never bash others' opinions.
Funny how you blame crime action genre for including crimes and brutality😂..bro it is not your type. So you…
Violence and brutality come in degrees: in a scale of 1-10, this would be 9. Much more graphic than Worst of Evil. I'm just stating the obvious. I'm pretty hardboiled myself.
