Can someone tell me if kwak dong yeon has a big role in this drama? ππ»ππ»
he has the typical psycho killer role and does it in a stereotyped way. So if you're a fan, better to watch him in KBS drama specials, he appears in many of those and does very good roles (especially in Slow).
This had the potential to be interesting, with the mains being researchers of ancient religion and spirits. That part was fascinating, as were the monks. However, 85 % of this is just mindless zombie violence. Very lacking in depth. Sad, bc the actors are all so good. Wasted potential. 6/10.
Liked the reference to Misty (Misty Blue flowers). In Misty Kim Nam Joo was a news anchor, here her husband is the news anchor. Misty wasn't a perfect drama but definitely memorable. I get some similar vibes from Wonderful World.
You only just realized it? The OTT acting or aeygyo from actors who can act is already the first clue. The medical…
Yes agreeing to all other points except Soul Mechanic is pretty realistic about mental health problems and still not depressing. The writing here is not any better than What's Wrong With Secretary Kim from the same writer (I didn't like WWSK at all). I don't know how it's possible for people to ignore ott acting and aegyo, I have low tolerance of both. But then again I suppose most people don't mind.
What a great drama (9.5/10). Everything was perfect, script, directing, acting, pacing. Not a boring moment. No unnecessary violence or gore (so popular these days). Kim Sun Ah was phenomenal in how she could portray the little child screaming inside an adult woman. I didn't know Lee Yi Kyung could be this good. In-depth look into child abuse, without a black and white portrayal of characters.
Expect a lot of character development and a happy ending. This is that type of drama. Tbh the murderous aunt is too over the top, so I guess this won't be as good as CLOY (same writer).
This is so funny! Totally on board! Writernim has written many of my all-time favorites CLOY, My Love from the Star, Legend of the Blue Sea and The Producers! Kim Soo Hyun's family inheritance of 30 cows and a calf and "cute when drunk" antics totally had me cracking up!
I feel like people on MDL just hate on shows for no reason. Yβall got nothing to say about the leads acting,…
I suggest not reading comments if you feel a need to attack commenters and can't handle comments. This just happends to be a reviewing and commenting site. Kids need to respect that. Calling people haters is babytalk.
I don't get the hate π€·πΌββοΈ I watched it and loved it, glad I didn't read any reviews before seeing…
it's necessary to learn to respect other people's judgments and not call them haters. This happens to be a reviewing and commenting site. No need to come here if you can't handle other people's opinions. lmao
The humour is cringey and PHS is overacting. It's nice that they are really living for the first time in their lives but too much cringe is a letdown. The writer is the same as What's Wrong With Secretary Kim and I found that drama rather silly and old-fashioned tbh, same feeling with Doctor Slump. I don't know, when a writer is all for audience service and pleasing and simultaneously tries to address mental health problems it just doesn't sit right with me. Babies will get hysterics from this comment but that is exactly what is creepy around here. As this is exactly a reviewing and commenting site. People expressing opinions about a drama are not haters and labelling people haters is babytalk but also, seriously, hate speech. If there's one thing to learn in MDL it is that we have different backgrounds and experiences and will always have the right to express our own opinions without being attacked.
This might have been my least favourite episode, which is sad because this was supposed to be the reward for all…
