you prefaced your thoughts on the season with āpersonallyāā¦so, you understand youāre sharing your opinion and only yours. Just like theyāre sharing their opinion and only theirs
Criticism is not negativity, nor is it strange - telling someone they canāt be honest about how they feel about something is.
People are allowed to dislike a story and theyāre allowed to say as much.
Iāve never understood this need to police opinions on a story such that no criticism is allowed.
Thousands, possibly millions viewed this drama - the likelihood that we all had the same viewing experience is slim to none.
If you like it, say so. if you donāt like it, say so.
what youāre asking is literally antithetical to reviewing any work. If all weāre allowed to give is praise, then whatās the point of a review?
The only rule (if there ever was one) is to be honest.
Youāre so defensive as if its success (or otherās praise of it) pays your bills.
You snapping isnāt going to change how I feel so donāt waste your energy in the future.
I will now go on to watch my boring romance dramasāš¾
I shouldnāt need to read the source material to have an appreciation for a drama. If the drama couldnāt do that on its own, then I should say as much and leave it at that.
what youāre saying might be true (for all I know) but what Netflix is saying might also be true. youāre not the ones people will believe and that matters with propaganda.
