Yes- they might feel some kind of deja vu but unless they dig deeper into their thoughts (like Usagi and Arisu), they will most likely not remember Arisu and Borderland.

Specially with Niragi- I highly doubt 5 years would have been enough for him to recover if he remembered how he behaved in Borderland🫠

As for Ann- somebody mentioned that Ann never actually vocally agreed to go back so she most likely had more vivid flashbacks than what Usagi recalled. That's probably why she's staying at a sanitorium too.🙃

He's in Anpan too. He was introduced as a proposed suiter for the FL- it felt so strange since the minute you meet him in Anpan, you know that he's a certified green flag despite the fact that even in it he considers marriage only because his mother keeps nagging him to marry.

It's funny how 2 characters can have the same storyline but completely different personalities🙈

The fiance honestly has one of the best character developments. He's still low key sleezy but somehow more acceptable- even kind of likable 🙊

It’s a combination. The events in borderland do not actually happen but it is a manifestation of your subconscience to help deal with reality.

For instance, with Niragi, it’s likely he burnt his face during the meteorite explosion, but his mind translated it to him burning alive during the games.

TPOB definitely has the best “enemies to lovers” meets “contract marriage” thrope from the dramas I’ve seen so far. I tried to read the web novel but had to drop it since the story was different and I just couldn’t relate to the MC at all. The screenwriter certainly did a great job.❤️

Haha didn’t expect to read such a positive review on “Shadow Love” from you - now I can look forward to it! I just finished Mobius over the weekend so ready for a new C-drama to obsess over 🤭

Speaking of Mobius - if you are into time loop dramas, totally recommend this. it’s like Reset 2.0 (and the ML is the same-BJT-so that’s a bonus). If you are not into time loop dramas though I won’t recommend it since each event has 5 chances, some of the scenes can be abit repetitive.

The Wanted Detective - it’s hard to rate it because it depends on why you want to watch it? If it’s primarily for romance - then it would be a 7. I’d say this drama is a lot like majority of the non-romance “whodunit?” Jdramas available. The story alone is quite interesting if you are into mysteries with a lot of twists (but make sure not to spoil the end or else the whole point of the drama will be gone).

Did you get a chance to watch “Twelve Letters”? Dare I ask how it left you feeling? You can watch “the Lake House” on DailyM or YT. If you are a fan of Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullok, you should totally watch “Speed” as well - it was awesome (kind of like Reset without the time loop)☺️

I usually find Thai dramas more culturally relatable so learning their own folklore is rather enlightening. I feel you linger in the air - you weren’t wrong to put it on hold while it was airing. I was so obsessed with it, that the weekly wait was annoying (really special case for me considering how Time Travel was an epidemic at the time with C/J/K/Thai/ Taiwanese dramas covering the same topic at the same time).🙈

Keita Hatsukoi - damn! you are a true fan! I love webtoons but mangas are a bit difficult since they tend to cram a lot of text within tiny speech bubbles 🙈 Glad to hear that they have a promising future together!
“Silent” was amazing! I was actually surprised to find out recently that the ML from “Usotoki Rhetoric” is the SML from Silent. I didn’t mind the FL for the most part but there was scope for character development.

Monster is interesting but the story can be quite heavy since the main cast is really young and the things they go through can be quite emotional at times.

Enid Blyton - gosh she was practically my childhood! I guess I’ve learned to separate the author from their work. It’s rather disheartening to find out majority of the authors you love have skeletons in their closets. Are there any even left? 🫤

Btw if you are into survival/ dystopian fantasy dramas, you should totally watch “Alice in Borderland” - they wrapped up the series last week (3 seasons). I’m usually not a fan of this genre but AIB is the exception. They did an amazing job. It’s Kento and Tao afterall so no surprises there.

I am also currently watching “Anpan” - it’s inspired by the life of the creator of “Anpanman”. The only thing is it has 130 mini episodes since it’s an Asadora.

I did love how she acknowledged this side of her. The way CSY said at the end that she’ll be a better friend next time? 💔🥲
As someone who has a tendency to self sabotage out of procrastination, I can relate to her insecurities to a certain extent but at the same time cannot fathom at all just how suffocating things must have been to push her to go that far.🫠

I completed the drama finally. The last episode was truly a journey! CSY is her usual bitchy self - unapologetically blunt till the end. Their last night together was executed so well, honestly I almost felt suffocated.🥲

TMAI! As the episodes continue, I’ve grown to dislike her character more (she may have had a terrible life but it’s not REJ’s fault) but at the same time the way she portrays her character is so mesmerizing - like a wicked fairy godmother 🙊

It truly is sad. I'm in ep 13 now and the way she clings on to Sanghak despite all the clear boundaries is just so pathetic 🥲

You want to feel sorry for her because you know that she's had a hard life but it's hard to sympathize with her since it's unfair for her to expect the others to submit to her....to the point of gaslighting them. Specially with REJ who has already lost so much 🫠

The unborn baby's position here is a manifestation of their subconscience. That's why the baby wasn't counted in any of the other games since Usagi wasn't aware. It was only after Arisu and Usagi were together, it got counted (since Arisu would be aware of his unborn child).

To be fair, throughout S1 and S2, Usagi was having a hard time dealing with her dad's death. Considering she lost all her memories from the borderline and is still harrased by the public, it's not a surprise that she is still depressed about it.

What's great about Usagi is despite her struggles she still is true to herself and fights for wverybody- not just for herself.

(Leaving Arisu for the games was her way of trying to save their relationship in the longrun before her depression began to takeover her entire life)
