They didn't show the percentsge right? May be the test was specifically to confirm if they were father and son…
I feel like they purposely hid the % because normally kdramas usually show the % too when they have DNA tests (to make it extra dramatic).
There will probably be another twist since the way the fisherman was acting while Sa Eon left was not like how a dad would. And even Sa Eon didn't try to fight it (i mean we know that Sa Eon was outspoken as a kid so it doesn't really make sense why he left quietly unless he was already acquainted with the Baeks before the adoption).
I'm kinda losing the intense interest I had in this drama. Still love the couple, the acting, and really love…
From what I understand, the remaining episodes will be more towards a "love wins all" concept? It's HeeJu's turn to protect Sa Eon who has always been there for her in the sidelines (OG kidnapping doesn't count because he was misdirected tbf)
The way he reacted when he saw Sa Eon during their confrontation kind of implied that he was genuinely scared…
Turning Chief Kang into the villain would really be a diabolical twist ngl but he doesn't seem close enough to Sa Eon to figuire out about HeeJu even by accident whereas Park has been with SE for a really long time and is tooo perfect 🙈🙈🙈
Chief Kamg isn't part of Sa Eon's 406 team (seems like the private office wasn't related to his spokesperson role either) but in the same explosion scene, Park made a strange face as soon as he saw the pizza box (and we can hear somebody yell "don't open the box" right before the explosion)🙈
Honestly can't wait till Friday! I saw a comment saying that the Master's isentity will be revealed in ep 9🙈
8.9 is pretty high, too high for what I’m getting out of this drama. Just finished episode 3 and the story be…
About the husband's behaviour- it's all explained in ep 6-8.
He truly didn't realize his actions were hurting HeeJu because of the way he was brought up. Since he thought HeeJu didn't like him anyway, her reactions of disappointment or anger were misread as well.
It's not a good excuse but kind of understandable when you think about it in his POV.
each episode reveals new pages regarding the emotions and thoughts of the characters. I am really grateful for…
💯💯💯💯 I love how their relationship is progressing naturally even after 406's identity was revealed. The slow burn is so them- still learning about eachother's hidden layers🩷
Sangwoo was really scared watching SaOn driving like a maniac & barging at his car like that.
This is why i feel that Sangwoo can't be the accomplice honestly. He has his own trauma to deal with. Between his love for HeeJu and fear/ cautiousness around Sa Eon/ potential unresolved fear of the Masked Kid, it's just hard to imagine him as the accomplice🙊
The amusement park scene was so unnecessary and illogical. A person who fell from such a height, is on complete…
She seemed to be on bed rest by this point (they've removed the IV) so may be the hospital staff was more lax with her?
Amusement park- it might be possible that Sa Eon isn'r aware about the traumatic history behind the amusment park? All he saw was a picture of HeeJu looking extremely happy with her siblings there so he might have hoped those memories would relax her before their confrontation?
(Though personally knowing that the accident was the start of HeeJu's hell, it would have made more sense if SE had done more research on it unless he just didn't have the time to)
It's a kdrama anyway so Real Life rules don't apply 🤫
the only things that make me stop thinking of Sang U as accomplice, is that he never wants to hurt Hui Jo and…
The way he reacted when he saw Sa Eon during their confrontation kind of implied that he was genuinely scared of Sa Eon. So it's possible may be that he found more clues related to the missing kids that is connected to the fisherman's store?
We can still assume that the accomplice works for Sa Eon because Chief Kang made a scene before passing the message. If I was Assistant Park, I too would have checked the call history to see who called Chief Kang to get him so excited. Since the fisherman used his business number, it wouldn't have been too difficult to connect the dots if the accomplise was already aware of the fisherman's connection to the Baek family?
The white shoes do complicate things BUT we don't know what's the time difference between SU's visit, the fisherman's attack, and SE's arrival. It's still possible that right after SU met the fisherman, the kidnapper might have attacked the fisherman, and then SE came to the scene? The fire seemed to have been spreading for a few minutes afterall whereas it looked like SU saw SE on the main road abit far from the store.
So he made her to get discharged in the middle of the night so that she'll travel all around the city? A sick…
She was on bed rest at that point. They are rich enough to use the hospital for this and it's also quite safe since there's more security compared to their home which could be compromised too :)
What was the dna result?did not match?Just wondering coz if they are brothers then there should be atleast percentage…
They didn't show the percentsge right? May be the test was specifically to confirm if they were father and son and not to confirm if they were related?
I just love how WTPR prioritizes POVs. Episode 8 finally gave us more insight on why Sa Eon was so cold and "cruel" (as well as blind all this time).
Based on Sa Eon's childhood flashbacks, he was used to a similar kind of love - one that is quiet and extremely subtle but filled with acts of service. We can see this because his quiet guardian's actions from his childhood are quite similar to how HeeJu always got the best things but never got any words of affirmation.
In SE's POV it wouldn't have ever occured to him that a love starved/ emotionally abused person like Heeju would have taken his actions as hate (specially since he thought that she didn't care about him).
It really is sad how the same situation can be perceived so extremely differently- suffocating to Heeju, while warm and safe to Sa Eon🫠
SPOILER IF YOU DIDN'T WATCH EP 8!!!Based on ep 8, our Sa Eon doesn't seem to have any connection with the Orphanage…
Fl's friend, Sang U, is connected to the missing kids case because he used to play with real Sa Eon as a kid (the mask kid in the flashbacks). He also most likely felt guilty for telling the missing kids about the villa real Sa Eon was living in (this is based on the fact that when SU went to the orphanage with Yuri, he mentioned that the masked Kid had a lot of toys they used to play with and he told the other kids about it to).
Since the missing kids case was never solved/ the police lost interest since nobody was demanding for answers, Sang U feels guilty, so he probably wants to bring justice to them/ find out what happened even if they are probably dead.
So far I don't think Sang U is connected to the Kidnapper's team though.
The kidnapper is working with somebody else. Based on the clues given, it has to be somebody close to our Sa Eon, somebody who was hurt by Sa Eon (the trxter mentioned he wants Sa Eon to know what it's like to lose someone precious), and it has to be somebody tech savvy. The most fitting candidate here is Park DJ (SE's assistant) since SE trusts him with even handling his personal work AND he is tech savvy. He also was close enough to push HeeJu down the cliff (the sleeve from HJ's flashback closely matches Park's sleeve).

It seemed interesting how he teared up when the Nun asked about HeeJu too.
It's like he's on a mission...but it's more focussed on justice than avenging/ revenge🙈🙈🙈
(I might be getting a tad too obsessive about this though🙈)
Love their bts together though!
Seeing him happy with the fisherman really brings it home just how badly the Baeks broke his young spirit🫠🫠🫠
