I am referring to an alleged diary which was referenced by KSR's auntie near the beginning of this scandal, about two weeks ago.

Regarding KSR's possible marriage & abortion, so far there have been released:
- a few photos accompanied by the word "Marry" were uploaded to Instagram by KSR
- A total of three audio voice recordings spanning two videos were uploaded to YouTube by Lee Jin Ho
- A total of two livestreams via YouTube were presented by Garosero

KSR's Instagram post appeared only briefly and featured photos of herself along with her presumed then-boyfriend/alleged-husband. The post included a single word: "Marry". KSR subesequently told the media that the marriage rumors were untrue.

The first of the three voice recordings was captured by KSR's manager's phone and the conversation is between between himself & presumably KSR as they discuss the photos, her marriage & pregnancy. Her family disputes the rumors and do not think the voice belongs to their daughter. The manager released a statement: "I never provided the transcript or gave consent to Lee Jin Ho for its release. He uploaded the video without my consent." [Note: he says the word video instead of voice recordings because LJH's video includes the audio accompanied by subtitles, in Hangul. The male voice has been scrambled to mask his identity.] There has also been pushback on the authenticity of the first voice recording by both C-Netizens & Chosen Sports. [Note: While I was unable to locate the relevant text in the Chosen Sports link (below), it does include an image of analysis of the first voice recording provided by Lee Jin Ho. This analysis shows evidence that the audio has been manipulated, with gaps (shown as black spaces) in between audio clips. Normally there would be a waveform representing the background noise amidst the conversation.]

On Garasero's first of the two livestreams, he conveyed the family's reaction to the first voice recording. They had never heard of Sae Ron having married, and rejected the allegation that their daughter had had an abortion. He also presents the mother's response in the form of a pre-recorded video featuring her handwritten letter accompanied by narration. It is explained that the mother wanted to record herself reading the letter, but was too exhausted to do so. An AI voice was used in her place.

The second and third voice recordings are allegedly between KSR's manager and a close female friend/co-worker of KSR. This conversation was recorded on the day of KSR's death (also KSH's birthday) and includes discussions about KSR's marriage, spousal abuse, her pregnancy, and abortion.

On his most recent livestream, Garasero reported that he & the group of KSR's friends got together at her mother's house and talked all through the night. He further claimed that "after interviewing late Kim Sae Ron’s friends, 90% of them stated that Lee Jin Ho, Kim Soo Hyun, and his agency were linked to the reasons behind Kim Sae Ron’s death. They argued that Lee Jin Ho's claims about Kim Sae Ron's pregnancy, marriage, & abortion within the span of a month were entirely unrealistic."

To the best of my understanding, we only have five established facts about this scandal:

1) they dated
2) he was in her apartment
3) his is the guy in that one photo
4) he initially lied about 1-3
5) she took her own life on his birthday (no one is suggesting otherwise)

Everything else is prima facie evidence (taken at face value but as-yet unverified), unproven allegations, conjecture, and/or slander.

I do not disagree but his initial denials followed by retractions was not a good foundation for an innocence defense. I also hope he does not reach the point where he believes a fatal choice is his best or only option (as Saeron tragically did)!

Choi Gyu Ri was both adorable & powerful in MMH, and I'm ready to watch anything she does. The more screen time, the better, so a FL role would be perfect!

After the forensics examination is complete, they should hold another press conference. They should invite all the media, and release their evidence directly instead of via Garosero's YouTube channel, as they have been doing.

Hopefully by now this would be considered newsworthy by the media, so they will attend and report on it. And whether or not the controversial Garosero also attends or reports wouldn't matter.

And if GM also has something to present, let them hold their own press conference too. But I hope whatever content they submit gets analyzed first as well.

Indeed they did. Also, her parents stated they were unaware of her marriage but they did not dispute it.

According to that article, Garosero reframed the marriage & abortion rumors from KSR's friends' perspectives. He reported that a bunch of them got together at KSR's Mom's house and talked all through the night.

It starts out as farce but the absurdities mostly subside as the rom finally enters the romcom. My enjoyment continues to increase with each episode.

If you just want to know about Knock Off, it has been delayed (not cancelled) pending a final decision by Disney. The poster and the date have been removed from this page. (It wasn't the real poster anyway.) Production for Knock Off 2 has been cancelled. We don't know anything else.

What is true is that GM lied three times when they said KSH & KSR didn't date, he didn't visit her apartment, and he wasn't the half-naked dishwasher. These lies are included in GM's public statement #2.

The moment we learned those were lies was when GM admitted that yes they dated, yes he visited her apartment, and yes he was the guy in the photo. This moment is also when that photo became proven to be authentic because GM admitted it was. These admissions are included in GM's public statement #3.

So we have four facts total and no more:
1) yes they dated,
2) yes KSH visited KSR's apartment
3) yes KSH was the guy in the butt-naked dishwasher photo
4) GM had previously lied about 1,2, & 3 in a public statement

If GM had lied even once it would provide grounds for any brands to cut ties with him. GM's admissions enabled the brands confidence that they could do so without fear of consequences of a countersuit for breach of contract. IOW, GM lost their rights to sue the brand partners for breach of contract the moment they admitted they had engaged in fraud by lying.

"innocent until proven guilty" is a legal right in the court of law. It has no bearing on public opinion, even though it is still a polite & good practice for people to wait for evidence before passing judgment.

It is polite but not required in a court of public opinion to say KSH is innocent of dating KSR because that allegation has not been proven and there are no established facts, only speculation.

None of the other allegations—from either side—can be taken as fact (yet). None of the other photos or other media—audio, video, her diary, etc.—are evidence (yet) because they haven't been proven to be authentic. Some might be proven at which time these will become evidence. And this evidence will substantiate someone's allegation and then that will be upgraded to fact.

The family has submitted some media to be verified by forensics. I haven't heard, but GM is likely doing the same. We do not know how long this will take, or whether any of will be proven to be authentic or whether any of it will become evidence.
