Um, reconciliation means when a former couple that broke up gets back together. You're looking for consolation.

It's like video game. The first level is merely school bullies. Then you confront street thugs. After that it gets going (SPOILER, SPOILER, SPOILER).

I'm like that, but in this case, no. After you get past the school bullies & street thugs, it becomes richly rewarding & quite a fun ride!

The first thing I did was come here to check whether or not he is represented by GoldMedalist. And I think FNC Entertainment needs to really step up and support their actor by helping him distance himself from KSH! I think it's OK to feel sympathy for someone who may be under enormous pressure to take actions on behalf of another who perhaps does not deserve the cover.

Pressure campaign aside, I don't can't imagine why he or anyone else would defend KSH after that tearful press conference confession: 'Star Hyun killed human Hyun and did despicable things that human Hyun would never have done' (sic). KSH all but admitted his culpability in KSR's demise. (Sulli's too!)

What we do know is a huge & expensive corporate machine (GoldMedalist) is desperately executing myriad strategies in an attempt to rehabilitate a beleaguered actor/model/brand representative. Multiple teams of high-powered attorneys, fixers, and public relations spin doctors are filing lawsuits, wielding their influence, throwing vast sums of money around, and exercising leverage wherever they can to influence the outcome in his favor.

That's a shame and I don't know the details of his support, but at least Haein isn't represented by GoldMedalist! I fear for anyone represented by that studio and would like to believe that they all got out with their souls intact!

I am really enjoying this, but do have one minor, petty complaint. The Foley (Sound Effects) team used an old in-joke SFX a couple of times for the big battle at the end of episode 6. The "Wilhelm Scream" is an outtake from a 1951 Western film and features a cowboy's anguish as he falls off of his horse after getting shot. There's actually 5-6 different takes, all very similar, which seem to be part of every SFX Foley artists' library. You can look it up.

You have likely heard it dozens of times in various movies & tv series. It was cute when I first learned about this in-joke a very long time ago (I can't help but think of a Stormtrooper getting shot by Chewbacca the Wookie back in the original Star Wars), but now it's pretty tired and frankly I'm sick of it. I'd rather never hear it again.

OK. We can consider this a "teachable moment" which may perhaps benefit others. My work here is done. 😇

My advice is to take it slowly, watch at 1:1 speed, and remove any distractions.

It is my opinion that if you find the early episodes boring, then you are also likely to miss out on noticing details which make watching the show a rich & engaging experience. Later episodes include callbacks to moments from the beginning which provide insights into the minds of the characters, and also contrast how they perform in crisis mode vs. how they were comporting their mundane lives beforehand.

I dropped it too. But recently picked it up again and now I'm hooked. It's so funny and PEB is an amazing actress!

I too found that to be jarring. Of course the SK president saw & knew. He and his team are either corrupt, incompetent, or both.

He will need to bulk up first. During production of The East Palace, he lost 7000 kilograms of body mass and afterwards "was skin and bones to the extent of looking pointy."

— Her "corpse" was moved to an automobile trunk and then placed in cold storage.
— She escapes and willingly enters the villain's car.
— SMD operatives rescue her and take her to their secure facility for her protection and to use her as bait to lure her dad.
—Dad & "uncles" rescue her from the SMD facility

So far, in season 1, she never actually gets kidnapped. Not even once!
