Thank you for your reply. Your answer reveals exactly what I wished to know. I will be honest, I wish for ZYQ, WD, and a couple of others to get meaty main lead roles, which well doesn't really happen much in C-Ent. However, because these actors usually play supporting roles, their versatility and overall skills get unintentionally revealed. They also end up having a certain degree of diversity in their roles. These two steal the scenes they are in. 😊

No hate to her, but personally, I do not find her to be a good actress at all. Something just doesn't click. I am not saying she's bad, she's a decent actress, yet, with her, I always seem to feel like she's acting out the characters rather than embodying them. Fingers crossed that she changes my opinion of her.
As someone who's a huge fan of ZYQ and really likes WD, does her character have a well written arc and a loveline with WD's character? I am not familiar with either the novel or the story itself. Major spoilers are more than welcome. (Better yet, spoil the story. Just mark them as spoiler.) Thank you.
I really like this drama. Nothing is high stakes, yet, it is for the characters themselves. Also, finally a romcom without a murder mystery or a makjang-y chaebol crisis. As far as the complaint that the adults are being petty and childish is concerned, I feel the way these two characters have been written is sort of close to life. Sometimes, we grow up in certain areas, yet, stagnate or regress in other areas. And that immaturity starts showing around those with whom we get really comfortable or those who make us feel helplessly vulnerable. It is what it is. The cast is fantastic, except, for the SML. He is talented, saw him in another show but is no LDH. It will take a while for him to get there. Also, his styling is working against the fact that his character is only a couple of years younger than the FML. I want to give a shoutout to the two playing their teen selves. The writing and acting is on point. Their older selves actually seem to originate from how they were as teenagers. I feel that the complaint of dissonance between their past and current selves is unfair. Life circumstances change you in irreversible ways, trust me. As far as the MLs are concerned, had I not known their actual ages, I would easily believe that these two are in their mid to late 30s.
Exactly! He will have to be just as convincing as presumably a bratty prince. I feel he may not be able to top LR for a few more years especially given that this one looks like a romcom or romance, however, I hope the drama is fun just by itself backed by a decent story and performances.
