I so agree! LR is so reminiscent of SOOD... Ironically, it's closer in theme to the latter than the actual KDrama remake could ever aspire to be. I couldn't get past to even the halfway mark of the Korean adaptation. Which is a shame since I genuinely liked the cast in other shows. LR is like SOOD's very cheerful distant cousin, LOL. SOOD is one of my all time favourites. ☺

No worries. However, please read the premise. So, you are aware if something in it triggers you or not. Honestly, it's best enjoyed if you go in blind, however, some people may feel distressed. It is dark and comic. I love grey and dark stuff. However, it may not be for everyone.

Thank you for posting this! I absolutely adore FRIENDS. The edit is so well made... With a nod to the FRIENDS being all wet after playing in the fountain and the LR quad being wet from playing in the waves. Gosh, makes me miss Perry.

So true! I had pegged him for another pretty face. Never caught my attention in what little I had seen of him. However, in LR, he outdid himself. Some of the best acting I have seen in KDramas.

Exactly. I loved Why Women Love and Wang Ziyi has natural charm that translates very well onscreen. He just needs to work a bit on his acting skills, which I think is doable for him. His styling in the drama was atrocious which is a huge shame. I, myself, don't usually like cutesy characters. However, in some dramas, I absolutely love them. Also, I have realised that more often than not I end up liking those dramas that most on MDL didn't like. You might like The Remembrance of Things Past, Delicious Romance, A Year without a Job (Jacky Li is criminally underutilised), The Hilarious Family, The Long Ballad, etc.
