i don't know if it's based on the short drama or not. it, and overdo, are bad productions in the way short dramas are mostly bad, but in the form of a full-length drama.

low-budget is bearable. the storytelling and editing are a mess.

i thought the same, but he was an excellent judge. he's knowledgeable and empathic to my surprise. his personality on culinary class wars and take care of my fridge led me to believe he is a narcissist and mean spirited. he may be, but it didn't show at all in his capacity as a judge.

i hope they continued to develop the pastries made with local products even for those who did not win. they make great promotional items to encourage tourism and cultural heritage.

the assessment wasn't about bread vs. cake, but about technique, flavor, composition, process, and ability to attain the goal of their work.

i agree, but they never showed us what type of skills he developed or used in the military. even his relationship with his grandfather showed he was coddled. he has proven he is good at task-based problem-solving, but he hasn't shown great anticipation or improvisation skills.

it kind of makes sense though, he wasn't raised to be competitive and strategic as those who grew up in the trade. even when they were kids, she looked after and stood up for him.

it's not low budget, but the pacing is so fast, it feels like a mini drama. this drama is all tell, barely show.

they could have portrayed the relationship with her mother, father, and her trauma without making the character so weak and unpalatable. the tug of war between lawyers was unnecessary. it seems like they thought her character was too strong when she stood up for herself in the first couple of episodes, that the writers felt they had to undermine her for the rest of the drama.

neither. she left both of them. then, she left the city.

i can't give mr. fan a pass because he worked to sabotage his partners behind their backs because he would benefit no matter the outcome.

they don't even seem like they like one another. he already put her in danger by hiding money in a company under her name. he seems like he just wants to control her and offend his junior. she seems like she resents him more than likes him and just wants to offend her mother as much as possible. she should find another way to offend her mother that doesn't entrap herself.

what is job security if you're employed by snakes?

the mistress was so smart and confident in the first episode, only to become this stupid, weak, gullible character. too bad. it's a waste of a strong female character.

although, the show is well written and interesting enough to watch, most of the characters and all the lead characters are unlikeable in their own way.
