That I don't know. But I'm feeling H4CTY is getting to be like the stereotypical Thai BLs with the rapings-without-criminal-consequences.…
oic, but I DID stop watching ThaiBls because I cannot get myself to like them. I've stated that in my comments. Maybe you missed them

I would not stop watching ALL bls althogether though, because there are ones that're my taste.

But...how does inbreeding factor in when it is impossible for a gay couple to reproduce? There is zero chance…
Agree with your point about Gay couple cannot breed hence the inbreeding concern should not apply logically.
I actually reply before that you made a good point on this.

I'm wondering now, I did add other thoughts afterwards though that maybe 'diluted' my comment, which was agreeing with your point.

So yes. I definite agree with you that inbreeding doesn't logically apply to same sex couples.

Enough generalising. All women and all men do not write the same as other men and women. What year is this? Just…
LMAO interesting that you regard phrases such as 'grow up', 'bigoted', 'ignorant', 'go [somewhere else]' directing towards a person in this context as neither being hostile nor attacking.

But I'm willing to agree to disagree.

I'm also not certain if you understand the word 'fact'.

You are still overlooking the FACT that my comments did not show any dislike of any female works that resulted me in wanting to read male works.
You are also still overlooking the FACT that I have made no forceful generalizations.

As for the race comparison, it seems you are abusing the current political climate of racial discrimination to force an admission on one issue onto another issue that's not transferable.

If you want further discussions I'll entertain it provided that it's done in a cordial manner at your end.

Take care.

Oh actually, do most countries have seperate laws designed for same sex couples given an issue? I don't think they do. So maybe legally, not medically/morally/historically, they are not judged in a way that ought to apply to them. Just thinking out loud again.

Ah! good point
It might be a 'spill over' from the mentality of incest between brothers-sisters being a no-no. Just a wild guess on the spot.
Which then actually means maybe the moral side trumps the medical side.????? I'm just thinking out loud. No stands on this.

I've been thinking about the discussions on incest and drunk rape, trying find a 'neutral' thinking.

Incest seems easier to do.
Medically and historically all over different countries, it's been recorded that inbreeding causes deformations and/or other abnormalities. So it makes it black-and-white that it's a no-no and the global consensus is not surprising.
How morally and legally also have that global consensus that incest is 'wrong', I'm not sure. I think it's likely a result of the inbreeding concerns. But I feel human psychologically naturally feel disgusted if they have to muddle the bounderies of brothers/sisters vs sexual partners, even without knowledge of inbreeding problems. idk, just a feeling.

As for drunk rape.
There's pretty much no general consensus on that topic. It seems we, including people/countries/etc everywhere, can't even agree on a definition for 'drunk rape'. So a blackhole for my brain on this.

But it's good to try to understand them. That's one thing I like about MDL.

Happy thinking everyone!

Male artists can be even hornier or more twisted than female (just check Scud's movies: Thirty Years of Adonis,…
Good point about the 'pretending... is a love story'. I watched Anphetamine before and I know what you mean.
Thanks for all the info!

LOL no need to be hostile. Already stated it might be an unfair catergorization. Moreover, there's been no indications of likes and dislikes. Hence the absent of 'blaming'. LOL
Take care ;-)

Ah, maybe I'll give it a try then.
Tbh, I've stopped ThaiBLs because I dropped quite a number of the latest ones, couldn't get myself to like them.
I'm finding the current KBls and Cbromances more my cup of tea. But that's just me at this moment. Won't know about the future.
Thanks!

Anyone know any BLs drama that is written by a man? It seems, and this might be an unfair categorization, female writers tends to write more 'horny' (? sorry not sure what word to use) stuff. Kind of want to see how male BL writers are.
I do know Priest from China, I haven't read any of his books, but the BL relationships in the adaptations are beautiful.

I get what you mean, but maybe manga tropes simply don't work well in live action. From psychological point of…
Agree, real life drama not only feels closer to home, but it's highly likely that viewers would apply moral/legal/etc standards of how in their own country/life/reality works.
