I felt the teenage arc was lengthy before we got to adulthood. The adulthood episodes at the beginning were questionable in terms of cuts and the narrative got a bit lost (will avoid mentioning specifics to save spoilers) but by the end of the drama, I felt it rounded off well and was super heart-warming I couldn't help but cry at the end of the drama.
This season was pretty solid until maybe the last 2 episodes which felt like a whirlwind in terms of editing and how disruptive it was. Definitely the most interesting season thus far.
This drama was such a rollercoaster for me, I felt frustrations at times and whilst the ending was indeed really sweet, I do feel the last few episodes felt a bit rushed considering everything that had happened through the previous episodes.
Considering how much I LOVED the first half of this show, something seemed to shift post episode 19/20, I had…
I’m on episode 11 and constantly frustrated at the FL’s aversion of any sense of intimacy. Especially after getting together? I appreciate he’s also being mindful to not take it too far but I think it does hurt the price a little watching him being swerved constantly.
Ditto. Because of Cross Fire, I tried The King’s Avatar and Gunk Your Heart. However, they are not even remotely…
If you’re looking for e-sports style dramas I’d also check out Go Go Squid and possibly Love O2O (though this is more focused on the romance for sure I feel though the eye candy is real aha)!
Was it just me, but Zitong never ended up having things coming for her, I thought after all the bad things she did against Xiaomeng would end up having to pay for it later in the series but it never happened... So annoyed omg
I just finished the drama after binge watching these past few days and honestly I cried quite a bit. I felt like the raw emotions that were expressed in this drama really hit hard. I’ve never heard of these actors before but I honestly think they did a great job. Some people might find this drama a bit slow but I do think it’s a worthwhile watch for sure!
I find myself more interested in Guanchao and Wuyi's storyline. I wait for their screen time. I want more of them.…
I was about to say the same thing in the comments! I’m still in the process of finishing the drama but I just feel like their arc is a lot more amusing to me!
