1) If I supposedly love KSR, why would I knowingly let KSR be in an abusive relationship, after she confided in me so many times, showed me pictures of said abuse, and not file one report. Case against K.
2) Continuing in the same vein, if I supposedly love KSR, why even would I taint her reputation by showing said pictures to media, and even hurt her family by saying that they were unsupportive? Case against K.
3) Evidence already came out showing that KSR's family paid for 18 of the 20 hospital visits, and the last 2 by KSR's agency because the mother was ill. Case against K.
4) Ex-husband A makes a good point. If he was really abusive, why would KSR visit him 3 times willingly. And don't tell me, it's hard for people who are abused knowing they are abused and difficult to leave the relationship. Yes, this is true when they are living together or even not living together, to be in the same vicinity where the Ex husband can possibly stalk her. They are living in different countries, and KSR was free to leave in all the times that she visited. If he was controlling, he would not even let her out of his sight. Case for A.
5) Ex husband has proof of marriage registration. It is harder to fabricate as this is an official document from the state of NJ. Even if photoshopped, easiest way is to go to the state office for a copy. Whereas text messages can be fabricated. Case for A.
6.) Ex husband shows willingness to cooperate with law enforcement and provide additional proof. Ex BF K also provided written a testimony with his registration ID number. Tie in this case if both do end up cooperating in police investigation.

Points that could be against A: If the abortion is proved to have occurred, like a hospital visit to the abortion clinic is documented. However, the likelihood of being pregnant after meeting only 4 times is very slim unless the guy had excellent swimmers, and the contraception failed. Let's say they had sex even during the first time they met in late November. The earliest that KSR would have found out she was pregnant will be in January. So for me it's hard to digest that someone undergoing abortion in January would decide to marry in the same month.

Also, wouldn't autopsy findings indicate whether KSR was pregnant or had an abortion at the time of death? Hence, with all these things cropping up, I am more inclined to believe the Ex husband over the Ex BF. I'm on the fence on the marriage being NOT abusive. It could go both ways. Either the Ex BF is lying or the Ex husband is lying. But one thing they all have in common with KSH, is that everyone is capable of lying. I'm no saint, I admit sometimes I do lie too. Show me a person who has not lied once in their life, and I will show you a unicorn with donkey wings. and Babies don't count.

The difference is how compulsive the lying is. If you do it once or twice or like 5% of the time, I may be inclined to believe you. If you do it like 50% of the time, then I would not believe you even if you are telling the truth. This is KSH's problem. The amount of falsehood vs the amount of truths his side is spewing, basically erases whatever credence he has left.

Not a Korean, but no doubt his career is already ruined. Nobody is releasing his shows anymore and i don't think the companies that dropped him will pick him up again. Something about this sounds fishy.

First of all, why make testimony to the media, shouldn't this just go to the police?

Second, if this ex already knew about the abusive husband, why didn't he report it at that time?

Third, if the emergency surgery is true, is there a record where KSR visited the hospital, or at least the agency can show the receipt where they paid for her hospital bills.

Fourth, if the husband was controlling and abusive, how did KSR manage to fly back to Korea where she unalived herself?

Fifth, a testimony that says KSH has nothing to do with KSR's death sounds Sus as fuck.

If I'm making a testimony about my ex gf who died: First, I will stick to the facts that I know. (And not defend some guy who has nothing to do with me).
