They give an explanation to that. The hospital is the closest one to the only Casino in SK, so that's why there are a lot of traffic patients. My problem is with the way they made that bus accident happen. It was so silly and preventable even with the snow.

What makes me mad is that there are countless ways to make that happen but they choose the easiest and most flawed one. Small things like that add up and make you dislike some aspects of the drama. Like, that woman was so far away from the bus lmao
