There is a TV version and DVD version. Both are the same, the episodes are just sliced up a little differently. The DVD version was always about 45 minutes long whereas the TV version would sometimes be slightly longer eps (like hour long eps) or shorter eps (like half hour eps), depending on the day. In terms of viewing though, each day, the TV version was always slightly ahead compared to where the story was in the DVD version. Now that the drama is complete, the DVD version has 46 episodes. The TV version has 47 episodes (with the 47th ep being split into two parts, the first one's about 45 minutes long and the second part is 11 minutes long).

The doctor tells NX that they have to do more diagnostic tests, but he also wants the family to be prepared for the possibility that it might be stomach cancer. The novel has a happy ending (with the cutest epilogue ever). Hopefully the drama will follow the novel in that regard -- even if it doesn't include the epilogue, I'm hoping (and expecting) it will at least follow with a happy ending.

It was weird. Croton uploaded the first two eps, which is where I first started watching, and then deleted them. I was hoping DF would get it as well since they seem to partner a lot, but no luck so far. Someone has posted through 10 on YT, but once I catch up to those, I'm going to be scrounging!
