WHAT!!! How can Zheng Yecheng be your boyfriend too....hehe. He was superb in Stealth Walker and wasted in some of the dramas he has to play ( though I guess its work at this stage but hope later on he gets to be more choosy with scripts)

Yes, I rewatch Episode 1 for LBY's entrance. Certainly one of the best I've seen across most recent historical C dramas. Anyone know of some other great entrances?

Jealous here too, if this book could be translated properly I would buy. Looking at the passages in the discussion threads its quite a lyrical piece of work so language is everything.

Thanks @insideout91 I heard she kills her husband in the North so she can have a chance with LBY, LBY tolerates (big mistake) as she helps Ah Fei out of a jam... I mean do we all have to watch this? This is why I'm wary of the 5 year separation. Seriously going to take a hiatus then and just stack up episodes so I can fast forward to catch up with everyone else near the home straight.

A question that came to mind.
What is the plot purpose of Luo Ji Tong? Yes, she is the next evil women coming CSS way. However, those who have walked before her have served to:
- make LBY look desirable aka love rivals (Yuchang and Wang Li)
- be a foil for CSS to overcome proving her smartness (3rd/5th Princess - could incl Step Mum etc here)
So I'm not getting what her purpose is in the story ( another love rival while they are separated?)
Surely its a better character glow for LBY to show his undying and everlasting love for CSS to remain single?
Something that popped into my head to share.
