same here. It is no longer fun. Ep 30 sounds from the comments like another bad one
The word hazing came to mind. But we have to view it as exaggerated comedy because there is no way all 4 can fit under that table and have room to punch anyone🤣
He is not a villain. Just a naughty boy., and a rebellious son. I think he purposely marries 5th niang to piss…
I agree. I like him. If you noticed, he is not abusive to her and even some of the sisters mentioned he went with servants to save eldest sister at the risk of his life because he is not skilled in martial arts.
ep1-10: mostly li kangning and chai an, li fuhui and lianghanep10-20: li shouhua and du yangxiep20-28: li haode…
I hope it only goes to ep 34 with the focus on Leshan because I want to see more of the other couples with babies and married life. I would love it if they had two episodes to wrap up all.
I even didn't notice that she get married,! Wich episode? Please. I didn't see her husband in the family reunion…
She was married before the start of the drama. How did you miss that? They went to see her as soon as they got to the town. Her husband was right there next to her. I think you are mixing up the second sister with Madam Li's adopted daughter who was engaged to her son before he disappeared.

Ep 30 was tempered with Madam Li's motherly love. She melted Yang Xian's heart by showing him care and tenderness his own parents have never shown him. Leshan looked concerned when Yang Xian held the steaming tea cup when the sisters kept delaying Madam Li's from accepting it. There is hope for her. And I hope Leshan softens toward him sooner than later because I find myself liking him.
I have not read the comments on today's episode. I watched ep 29 and while I like Leshan's spirit, I find myself annoyed with her. She took it too far. Well, I hope it improves in ep 30.
I knew they would have a great chemistry just by watching the first 2 episodes. I am waiting for it to end before I continue. But the comments are making this tempting.
I just rewatched the first 3 episodes with a friend and we both felt the second brother in law was immature but…
I agree that the second brother in law was immature to the point he was annoying. Chai An was also quite annoyed with him. It is great that he started to show more maturity while keeping the funny aspects of his personality. I have come to like him quite a bit! My purpose in my review was not to say any of them was perfect and without fault but rather to counter the negative reviews that took their behavior out of context and made them seem as if they were hateful. The review that said the first brother in law beat his wife to the point of bleeding was misleading. It made it seem as if he repeatedly beat her till she started to bleed. And the one that said the second brother was a cheater made it seem as if he was jumping into other women's bed. This is also misleading. I am sure you are aware that have been some rather derogatory reviews here and other sites online such as reddit that painted a rather unlikeable picture of the male leads. This went way off tangent to the point if I had not watched it, I would have thought they were hateful and "irredeemable." If you agree with these viewpoints, we will agree to disagree.
I disagree with your perception of the ML, especially the 2nd and the 1st brother-in-law. The 2nd ML was known…
I was busy this weekend and behind. I am not sure what happened with the last brother in law. I will need to catch up to respond to this. Nobody is perfect in this drama. The brother in laws are not perfect. The sisters are not perfect. But I did not see any of the husbands maliciously hurt their wives. I am not sure what happened with the youngest sister, but it looks like it is going to be fun to watch! I am sure they will end up being the "perfect match."

I just rewatched the first 3 episodes with a friend and we both felt the second brother in law was immature but he did not cheat on his wife. His character is exaggerated to be funny at first but in a few episodes he became quite loveable for me and for others based on the comments. The second sister even told her family that he is good to her otherwise and will go out of his way to make her happy. My friend likes to pause to read the subtitles carefully. As I watched again with her, I am even more convinced of my initial perception of his character. The second sister said her husband is softhearted and comes home with a empty purse because women cry to him about their problems. Yes, he is immature and his mother pampered him. He did not want a concubine. His mother insisted he should have one and told his wife that she must choose one. I had to laugh when he said his wife was prettier than the candidates presented to him. I don't know what the drama was doing with the second sister biting stones to stop her jealousy. Biting stones to the point of bleeding can break your teeth! Perhaps this is another use of exaggeration to make a point.
As for the first sister's husband, he tried to get her to divorce him because he knew that what he planned to do for his mother, would implicate her and her family.
I was honest in my review. The drama is humorous but makes some significant statements on society's treatment of women. If you look below the surface and pay close attention to the words, you will find that there is more to Perfect Match than meets the eye. I appreciate your response and I will come back later to respond to a few of your other comments as I am at work at the moment.
I appreciate this drama; it started very weak but got better and stronger in every episode; the 4th and 5th sisters'…
The start was perfect for me because Chai An and Kangning caught my attention. It took some time to develop all the characters and to reveal the backstory of the Li family. The more they revealed about the main characters, the more we came to love them.
