I agree, In A was a little girl when her father remarried and she became disabled. But I don't think she is sincere. In my opinion she colludes with the main antagonist. She fled the marriage and lived above the radars without her family knowing where she was. She comes back, she is cured. Who paid for her surgery and her living expenses abroad? I have the impression that she wants to take back her place. Especially because everybody thinks she is the legitimate wife of Sa Eon.
Moreover, I did not catch a good vibe coming from her. She is like an antagonist to me.
The more I think about it. The more I wonder who benefits from Sa Eon being single if it's not her. They first try to kidnapp HeeJu and they let her be when she told the kidnapper that she wanted a divorce. And the kidnapper said that, this was what they wanted too. I don't know this is my theory.
