Kluen Cheewit is one of the first Lakorn I watched and back then I knew nothing about the Thai actors. Nowadays, I'm familiar with them and follow them mostly on social media. It feels a bit weird now knowing these two are engaged to their respective partners and also knowing how close the four of them are. haha
I know they are great actors though, and I sure hope to see them as their characters and not their real life persona.

this season shld have never existed as it erased all the good things from Season1.
Nevertheless, I don't think everyone is aware that this was an original story from the director. The original source (manga) wasn't updated yet when they filmed this.
A pity as if they waited another year for the story to be completed, we could have gotten a better season 2.

finally done.
This is one of the few dramas I finished ( I dropped so many even the ones I anticipated for month, ex TTEOTM :( ) ... so I can do say this is worth it.
However, I wont go as far as saying this is a favorite.
It has too many flaws.
- too many fillers and side stories that do not contribute to the main plot, you cannot expect viewers to care and sympathize with the 1000 characters you try to squeeze in

- though the actors are good, the romance is weak. It didn't have the same chemistry, passion, angst and desperation the maincouple has in LBFAD (from the same author). Here TY and YH feels more like siblings or close friend

-they made the plot complicated at times then conveniently simple here and there.I know xianxia genre allows writer imagination to go wild but a lot of things didn't really make sense and kinda pulled the story in a different trajectory.

-the biggest weakness for me is how flat the 'main struggle' is. It's basically just good fighting the bad. There is no internal struggle within the characters. The villains were kinda cartoonish and one dimensional. I actually thought the ChangLan arc is gonna be great, the guy had a good backstory. But no, they threw it all away and chose to make him just a flat villain.
And don't get me started with SuYing. All in all, I really like when stories are more than black and white. With this one, they had increase the quantity in 'villains' rather than just stick with one and made that character more complex.

- Bai Xiaosheng character is also not fully utilize in my opinion. He started of great, then some development and then just left open.
I kinda get a feel as if the writer started on great few chapters then just gave up and abandoned the story. A pity as it didn't sustained the level of greatness for me.

Title Back from the Brink Spoiler
one of the main characters "dying" and then mysteriously coming back to life years later with absolutely no explanation.…
are they strict with reincarnation ban? because iirc, in Ashes of Love it is apparent that FL got reincarnated after 500yrs and she still has memory intact. And they didn't try to hide this in the drama adaptation.

No they won't. Acc to the novel she pretended to be hurt . I think the drama already gave a reference to that…
hmm.that sounds reasonable. I guess that's expected when all he hangs out with are cute little pokemons in the Dragon valley.lol

ep31 now. it's getting intense.
I just found out this is from the same author of LBFAD and Blue Whisper.
I didn't care much for Blue Whisper (tho I adore Reba), but LBFAD is one of my all time favorites.
I think BFTB sits in the middle for me, it has so much potential but I guess the biggest weakness is the convoluted plot, side quests(fillers) and specially the one dimensional villains.
Nevetheless, I find myself still watching as it did manage to make me care about the maincouple and secondML.

and another question,
I'm on ep27 now, but do we get an episode on to show how TY even fell for Suying in the first place?

and btw, it cracks me up whenever the dark lord appears with his thick pale unblended makeup 😆

BXS moved scale from TY to YH body, so she stopped dying and that nine stars spell also stopped.TY didn't want…
ohh okay, it's just a bit too convenient for the plot I guess (if it is that easy to move the scale)

guys, can somebody help me understand or summarize ep27.
I get the whole concept of ninestars, TY exchanging his life for YH when the flower was destroyed. What I don't get is how BXS got involved. What does he mean when he fired the arrow and said he put the heart-protecting-scale back into YH? Isn't the scale with TY? How did BXS even do that?
and if the scale could have solved the dillema, why didn't TY force to return it in the first place?
HELP PLS.

The timeline is confusing me too, but I don't think they were together for 7 years. The present seems to be set…
it was in his diary, also around the time of his appointment ceremony (there was a year banner in the stage iirc)

is the synopsis still correct. IIRC, they traveled a lot to Thailand to shoot? Just wondering why in Thailand and not in the Philippines if the boxer is supposed to have Filipino roots.

I just wanna say DoHyun has solidified his spot in the K-industry now.
I remember he's worried about going into military duties and he wanted to do as many projects as he can to make sure his family has enough to live by while he's away. I'm glad that even with this he still knows how to choose projects and he always deliver. His portfolio is really good.
He has a strong foundation now and I'm sure fans will wait for him and he will receive the same support when he makes a come back.

I think the twins are just 4 or 5 yrs old. It's the Korean age system that is confusing us.haha
KangHo's mom also said he's 35, but if you observe the calendars during flashback when she was pregnant, I'd say KangHo is around 33.
