HiCan you please tell me which episodes they get together And if they have any misunderstandings or breakups.…
They’re pretty straightforward with their relationship…they get together pretty early on into the drama and I wouldn’t really called their little break up a misunderstanding….more like a spur of the moment decision that followed up by pride. And no the main leads never cheated on each other…that was the FL’s ex actions and that also was in the very beginning of the drama.
My main gripe with this show is how blatantly false the conclusion is for almost every character. 1. ALL the deadbeat…
I agree yet also disagree with you. Your theory is totally correct realistically but the way they set up these characters can be excuse for their conclusions. For example the dead beat dads- apart from the ML dad’s the others I felt were understandable….one loved but didn’t know how to show it & his wife although asking to be understood also didn’t understand him. The other was simply a man who was always there for his family but then decided to have a midlife crises & took advantage of his loving wife generosity. The couple fighting, both equally agreed & wanted the child but the important thing was that they didn’t want it for the reason of saving their marriage…it’s very clear that they both fell in love the moment they heard the heart beat. I myself have been in this situation & for that reason I found a new beginning & meaning to life, currently living happily with hubby & that baby is now turning 8 yrs in 2 weeks.🤗 The toxic ML & his dad’s relationships I totally agree with you, I would have for once love to see a child abandone their parent completely in a case like this…I feel K-drama encouraging obedience & happy endings to these kind of toxic parenting needs to be shown less. I underhand it’s their culture to always respect their parents no matter what but it’s very unhealthy & needs to be addressed as such more often.
I’m gonna rate it high because I love the realistic side to all the couples featured in here. From the mains leads one night stand to the cheating ex, the virgin that got clingy to a divorcee who doesn’t want marriage anymore, the loving husband that slacks off never helping with the kids & a couple that lived a long distance relationship that had to learn how to get along again for the sake of their child. Was kind of getting sick of dramas all about love but settles for pecking kisses & holding hands & not to mention blushing when their sleeves get touched 😆 All in all it was a good watch. Some of the parts were a bit boring but it was worth it!
Honestly this is the first time that I’ve actually both love & disappointed with an ending!!! Love it because I enjoyed it & disappointed cause it was too short, felt rushed with some loose ends. Still felt nice finishing it though 💁🏻♀️ If they are trying for an open ending then I’ll forgive, forget & happily await the next season!! And can I say that although our MLs were amazing, I really enjoyed both female leads here a bit more…they are adorable, beautiful & so watchable 😍for me it’s so hard to find ‘completely’ likeable Female actresses! P.s. Hari’s singing on that last episode was so beautiful…I repeated that scene hoping & wanting to hear the whole song!!! Come to think about it I love all the songs here. Highly recommended!
The drama itself wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either…in other words…a bit boring. I understand why people dropped it, it’s the same issues from the beginning till the end and very predictable. The leads were good but couldn’t see the chemistry…they just don’t seem to be a match…it’s very unusual since they seem to do everything right but just couldn’t get carried away by their love story.
Thank you. I’m pretty sure more people would be accepting of the ending if it wasn’t so rushed. Some people…
Thank you…someone who feels the same! I would have been satisfied with either good or bad ending but an unclear & rushed ending is another matter altogether!!
Didnt u watch the ending? He is still a journalist and we dont need to know who she married
Duh 🙄 all that was when he was still young….unless you think she can look 50 and he still looking under 30!? Besides that I know he’s still in media aka as an anchor, but I wanted a glimpse of him in the present time as well. And he clearly congratulated her on her marriage when she won her last gold medal so I was curious on when she found the man she now married when we’ve been following everything up to that moment. My disappointment is that it felt a bit rushed
Gosh..it still surprises me how ppl get so bent up with this drama. 🤷🏻♀️ -Its a good drama -great cast -if you don’t take everything too literal, it’s actually a more than decent plot. I’ve come to the conclusion with this drama that ppl will complain if it’s too unrealistic & criticise if it’s realistic. I’ve seen worst dramas with fewer bad comments & it’s a bit unfair…but at least the positive comments outnumbered them by a mile here. I like that it shows that not every character can overcome their weaknesses & not every plot has to have constant dramas & failure to be enjoyed! -The audience split on the love triangle is a bit ridiculous….I mean how could some of you not tell by halfway that she wasn’t even interested in the other?? Heck if you’re a K-drama fanatic than that would have been spotted within the first 5 episodes💁🏻♀️ The signs are very obvious!
All in all I think a lot of negative reviewers missed the complete point of this drama which I felt was the most exciting process….and that is the Encouragement to follow your dreams. I highly recommend this drama….if you have mixed feelings due to neg reviews- give it a shot! Most ppl watched it later & regretted listening to the bad comments after putting it off.
Seen better but she wasn’t bad through out…let’s just say it’s not noticeable…better than the ML in…
I just had a look at your watchlist…from that chances are you may not like it unless you’re in a mood for something light to pass the time between dramas
Bring it on….you writers been hinting that the Leads aren’t together since the start…ok we get it now 💁🏻♀️ Drama is good enough that I would have taken any ending, but all that (especially that latest ep) has only made me positive that it’ll end good for them somehow 😆 #we the over assumers will not be fazed lol
I waited the whole drama to see how her disease is going to be cured but there was no sign of her being cured…
Nope…she wasn’t cured but Lin’s research was continued so that was the hope there. The ending told by William was for his written story but obviously it was a hint for the audience of how things will be for the mains. I on the other hand never liked that the ML was till the end was unfazed with the fact that she only had months to live & forever saying that a life is not measured by it’s length in a calm manner😬 If I’m that in love after so many years I’ll be breaking walls to find the cure & feeling helplessly a long the way if I couldn’t.
You have to watch to find out.We overthinkers here have no clue either lol.
Lol right!? This is why I always watch shows after completion but Netflix tricked me into starting it before checking and now I’m here overthinking every little details 😩
Just finished watching the whole 12 episodes and I must say I have a very bad feeling about the ending , I hate…
Her mum said to NHD that she saw him ‘last week’ in ep 3 I think (present day)…it was a brief exchange & was soon put aside but after reading your comment I’m now thinking she could have visited him at his grave & now that whole exchange makes total sense 😯😞 The daughter could still be his since the show made her kinda resembled him but truth was hidden perhaps. Fingers cross that it’s not the case though..I can’t take that!!!
as much as i hate the right person wrong timing trope your theory seems realistic than those minchae is adopted…
Maybe HD hid the fact that she was pregnant from YJ not to hold him back…perhaps so he can move on to fulfil his dreams & be successful so to reunite his family?? 🤷🏻♀️
If they pull off a My Mister ending, honestly I will be satisfied. At least I know that YJ is alive & well and…
Yeah I’m assuming they aren’t together since the grandma hinted that she met YJ “last week” to HD at the present day around episode 2 or 3. But can’t help thinking that they’ve made her daughter resemble YJ though….maybe there’s a twist plot there 🤷🏻♀️
Netflix: Do you want to rate this drama? Me: I can only give 1 like? Thank you K-drama for finally giving the romantics something new but good to watch in a long while!!! Everything about this drama is worth a watch: The Leads are gorgeous & very likeable, never seen them before but I’m hooked & will be on the lookout for their future dramas. Even the second leads romance was exciting to watch & in some parts a better progress which is very rare for me. Can’t wait for the new episodes!!!!! My only complain is that I only get to enjoy 12 episode of this :(

Where’s BYJ in the present time & who she married!!???
Why the rush!!???
Disappointed in the ending 😫
