I am only now watching this, and I have to say. My chest hurt 🤣. How does one sleep with glasses on? What do they gotta see clearly in their dreams? And all Jung Soo Young lip expressions, priceless 🤣. Also, her indestructible glasses, which are not sold on the market, are impressive 🤣. It was like watching a discount Boys Over Flowers k-drama.

John Wick without the pencil or the dog, and with knives instead of guns.
I like knives instead of guns. Because dodging bullets just don't make any sense. 🤣

Lee Jae Wook came back with a vengeance after his big break from acting—and I absolutely love him for it. There's something magnetic about the way he fully owns his historical characters; they suit him in a way his modern roles haven’t quite matched yet.

From the intensity of his stares to the subtle yet powerful shifts in his body language, he delivers emotion with every movement. His eye work alone tells a story before he even speaks. There's a raw depth in his historical performances that pulls you in completely.

That said, I feel like he’s still waiting for that epic, character-driven modern series that really hooks us in and shows what he can do in a contemporary setting. It’s the one piece still missing in his comeback—and once he lands it, I believe it’ll elevate his career even further.

Welcome to the K- Drama world. HIstoricals are my fav. Another similar one on Netflix is "My County"
I think without a Prime Member you can now watch the Red Sleeve on the Rakuten Viki site https://www.viki.com/tv/38101c-the-red-sleeve.

This site also have a life comment section and the comments make the watching even more fun šŸ˜… . It's optional
