When will Wang Yiding come backkkkk I'm crying with frustration over these characters' choices π I feel like they're my kids because I've watched them grow up. I like it when they're happy but watching them make weird decisions is so hard! Sanli and the cousin's relationship are the BEST but they get so less screen-time!!!
I just cannot get on board with Yicheng and his wife. It's annoying me to no end. I get it. Women also go to work, they don't always have to know how to cook and clean... but this is just too much. And it's not funny, either. She's like his fourth child! She gets away with her lies and general stupidity by acting cute or just yelling back at him it's driving me INSANE. Every time she "apologizes", I want to pull my hair out
I'm glad the father isn't coming on screen as often or I really would have lost it.
It's his wife's friend... the girl who was her roommate π³ I keep wondering what's gonna happen and how on earth he ends up with his present wife's roommate
Guys what the song that plays in the end credits, not the one sung by Zhou Shen, but the other singer's song?
There are two songs that have been played for the credits: Wild Bird by A RUN Lamp Tube by Kim Ji-Mun Here's the link to the drama's OST since I can't find them on Youtube: https://dramaost.com/the-bond-ost/
Exactly!! He couldn't say no to the first woman and now the same thing is happening. I wonder how far they're going to go this time before something really bad happens. And why do they all have such sad sob-stories? It feels like they're all just burdening him more.
The second woman he dates is the reporter... She's cute and all but I still don't like her for plagiarizing his work and not even being very repentant about it. π³π
I love the second-chance genre so I've watched quite a few... I think 18 Again is my favorite. Familiar Wife and Go Back Couple come second together because I just can't decide. And Emergency Couple comes last because I thought it was a little toxic.
I love how 18 Again captures so many different relationships so well... In-laws, two generations of parents, siblings, friends, single parents... everything was so beautifully done. I also love the flashbacks and all the parent-child interactions we get to see. I liked seeing the portrayal of the teen parents' struggles.
Wait is it true that there is incest ? Like the father falls in love with his daughter ?
no incest at all... the writers completely deleted it from the original movie SHE thinks he likes her but then they become friends. Nothing awkward happens. He has eyes only for his wife.
me too..until now..still canβt figure out who is whoπ
yeah we finally got to see Yicheng's final partner... she seems nice, better than the two past ones ππ can't wait for them to get together! the journalist lady is ANNOYING
Now only the last boy in the picture is left for us to see... must be Qiqi
WHY WHY WHYYYYYYYY did my favorite ship have to break up??!!! πππ Sanli x Yiding were my favorite, they better get back together. Poor Sanli... I want to hug her.
And wHY is Yicheng's taste in women so terrible?? wow I am so frustrated rn π³π
Ironic of the father saying he canβt raise the baby since heβs a grown man when heβs making his oldest child…
lmao the irony gets worse and worse... you have to be the lowest of low to say "I gave birth to you and raised you, now you should give me money." Is he going to take credit for giving birth too??!!
I wonder if Sanli's reluctance to commit to Yi Ding is because of the trauma of almost being raped as a young…
it has to be that... there's no other reason. I thought Yicheng understood but he doesn't seem to be putting two and two together. And Yicheng is having his own problems with that weirdo girl AGH why is his taste in women so baddddd
....and what is sad is there is a saying that girls marry their fathers. With him as a role model and a terrible…
Or it could have been an arranged marriage. I can't see anyone falling in love with that selfish coward. Bearing 5 children is just a matter of "duty" π I sometimes feel relieved she died so soon, I couldn't have watched if she was alive. You saw the way he treated even the youngest girl, Simei when he was angry.
....and what is sad is there is a saying that girls marry their fathers. With him as a role model and a terrible…
I feel like the dad figure is Yicheng here... the siblings treat their father with indifference but they're affected by everything Yicheng says and does. Yicheng is the one who disciplines, worries, attends their parent-teacher meets, rewards and rebukes the kids. Even the father is struck speechless when Yicheng takes command and yells at him. I have a feeling the girls will lean towards people who are like Yicheng, if that saying is true about girls marrying their fathers.
I just cannot get on board with Yicheng and his wife. It's annoying me to no end. I get it. Women also go to work, they don't always have to know how to cook and clean... but this is just too much.
