MDL ratings are never a trash..! it's just people don't want to take them 😂 Seriously saying MR is not that…
it's a disguise, a facade, a front that Wu Zhen puts up, it's part of the story, you're missing the point of it all, and taking things literally and out of context
Look, is the girl that accused xu kai was found of lying or not plz tell me. I am worried about XK
Marcus Here! reported it and I read the girl's post. She says she needs a formal apology and compensation otherwise she will make his life miserable... something like that. How come there are no pictures of them together other than supposedly her hands? I find her story too incredulous and the part about xukai asking her to call his parents and plan a family trip to the sea is really hard to believe.
The evil cousin of Wu Zhen has already suspected Mei Zhuyu real identify, and Mei Zhuyu displayed great powers in front of everyone in ep. 16 so that's another clue his identity is unraveling in the story. I think Wu Zhen already suspects something but tying him to Changxi Palace Celestial Master is a different level. Changxi and Cat Lord are sworn enemies from the past.
Saw this interview with xk and txw about moonlit reuinion so want to share ^^ https://youtu.be/pUpRcX6vvmY?feature=shared
What a nice interview. I really like Tian Xi Wei personality. I didn't realize actors don't know each other before the script reading, and even on set, they may not talk much to each other, they are focus on their own parts. Xu Kai: Mei Zhuyu is too reserved. It's hard to make a lot of expressions. I have to keep a very cold, aloof face. But I think she (Xiwei) is very great. Her state in front of Hu Zhu or in daily life are all different. Tian XiWei: Zhuyu wore the same outfit for 2 months. "Little Zhuyu" is very ascetic and a simple person. His overall color palette is quite light, subdued, and elegant too. In fact, his wooden hairpin was literally cut fresh from the mountain, and they just stuck it on,
Mei Zhuyu’s subdued appearance is a deliberate reflection of his Taoist identity: calm, still, quiet—stoic, reserved, controlled. His minimal expressions, bare-faced look, and repeated costume all reinforce his ascetic nature. Even his wooden hairpin—cut fresh from the mountain—speaks to his simplicity. As Xu Kai noted, portraying Zhuyu required a cold, aloof presence, while Tian Xi Wei described him as elegant and restrained. It’s not just style; it’s a reflection of how Zhuyu moves through the world.
Yes to that! That's one of the main things the show is lacking, they could show him solve demon related cases,…
In the novel, Mei Zhuyu does not participate in matters related to the Demon Market. He’s explicitly barred from entering both the Demon Market and Demon City. It is the jurisdiction of Cat Lord and Snake Lord. Whenever demon-related issues arise, he’s prohibited from getting involved. In fact, to even step foot in Demon City, he requires seals from both the Cat Lord and the Snake Lord. However, if demons cross into the human realm, that changes the equation. At that point, the situation falls within Mei Zhuyu’s jurisdiction, and he is permitted—even obligated as practicing Taoist—to intervene. I don't think in the drama he's discovered the underground demon city yet.
