I enjoy many of the actors in this drama, of course, my favorite is the grandma, but I also really enjoy MCH's father's performance. He does a lot of very natural gestures that gives his character the personality he portrays so well. Even the slightest glance speak volumes without saying anything. YZM's father is another very good actor I enjoy. He played the character so well.

Xu Kai's crying noodle scene is incredibly delicate, nuanced, and detailed, with every second of the performance layered with extremely subtle and brief emotions reflected in his face and movements. Even the way his lifeless body fiddled with the chopsticks as he tried to pick them up conveyed so much. There is a meticulous timing and control to every detail that brings the scene to life. As he lifted the noodles to his mouth for the first time, a brief smile appeared, his eyes widened, and a glimmer of resignation but cherished comfort crossed his face. But with each bite, he slowly broke down, shaking uncontrollably.

There's only one moment, I felt a connection to ALP. In scene 1, when JY, the demon Lord said, to the little girl, "You're lucky, you have eyes resembling hers," but that's about it.

BL also twice with Ren Jia Lun.

Did she get as much attention as this in LYF? If not, then MM is either a breakout or breakthrough role for her? that could get her fl roles in the future like it took Wang Chu Ran a few years and now she is fl and rising in popularity.

Bai Jue and Tian Qi have different personalities. Tian Qi is carefree and rebellious nature while Bai Jue is stone cold because how he grew up with the Ancestral Gods what they put him through as a little kid that made turn him into a merciless God. There was that scene when Bai Jue and Shanggu were trapped, and she saw his childhood how he became the way he is. However, the story never showed Tian Qi past, but he is demon God so of course, he's different. Yue MI loved him that he has good and evil in him (aka exciting which is probably what attracted Yue Mi because she loved to have fun, she used to steal wine), while Bai Jue is strict and does not deviate from definition of good (aka boring personality). There was that scene that Tian Qi and Bai Jue fought, and Tian Qi called Bai Jue out that he can't admit that he loves Shanggu but at least he is freer than him, and he can admit it and show it. Bai Jue having been a loner all his life, was totally inexperienced relating to people emotionally. It's amazing how Shanggu warm and lively personality always light up everyone including Bai Jue. I don't recall why Bai Jue needed to shoulder so much responsibility, that's an interesting point, but he was more powerful than the other true Gods.

Ep 7 YueMi says why she fell in love with Tian Qi: "Both good and evil, it perfectly suits my appreciation of beauty."

Episode 14, you can find it on You Tube. Yue Mi was facing Tian Qi when she saw the arrow coming at Tian Qi's back. She rushed in front of his back to fight off the arrow, but the arrow has devil power from Wu Han, and shattered her God core, so she died. Tian Qi could have killed Wu Han, but Yue Mi told him not to make Shanggu hate him. Then Wu Han lied blamed Yue MI's death on Tian Qi. Before Yue Mi died in Tian Qis arms, she confessed her love to him and how tough it was for her to be friends with someone she loved. She also told him she was aware that he was in love with Shanggu. Tian Qi told her that he was aware of her feelings for him but pretended not to know for fear of losing her. He said he was selfish and greedy and did not deserve her love, but she said she gets to decide if he deserves it or not. But in later episodes, even though Tian Qi will always love Shanggu, but he also displayed how much he cared about Yue Mi. Tian Qi was blinded by Shanggu. Had Yue Mi not died, eventually, Tian Qi would have reciprocated her love because Shanggu only loved Bai Jue and her feelings for Tian Qi as her big brother. As Jian Yuan, he realized even Shanggu as Hochi, she chose Bai Jue as Qing Mu over him. Yue Mi, I think would wait for eternity for Tian Qi. I don' t think Tian Qi realized how much he really loves Yue Mi until after she died. Yue Mi died saying she was happy because she finally confessed her love to him and to be in his arms. Yue Mi's last moment she cared about the mortals and told Tian Qi not to let them die. Her last wish was for Tian Qi to take care of himself.

Despite the many tragic fates in ALP, it is also filled with heroism, love, and triumph.

you're not used to all the user "creativity" on MDL yet?

Portraying both the "playful and mischievous golden retriever bad boy" and the "cold and aloof black cat" showcases two extremes of character portrayals and demonstrates versatility. Actually, I think his character portrayals are way more depth and range than that, but that's just me.

This is my view. What romance movie has no romantic conflict? The premise of "Wonderland of Love" is built on the characters' differing values and approaches, much like real-life relationships. Their conflict is at the core of this drama, which never loses focus on it and ultimately reconciles it, showing a clear understanding of the narrative structure.

yes yes we all have our opinions. forgive me if I loosely used the word "bashing', it's your opinion. I don't find ALP boring one bit, for me there was no boring moment, so when someone says it's boring, I just want to offer my opinion. I'm glad you enjoying MM. It's #1 web drama right now.

bashing was a loose choice of words I regretted using and deleted it. I have a tendency to use that word too much. I respect your opinion but when you write an opinion, it's natural to respond, in case someone has never watched ALP, they may think it's really boring. It's no different than if someone comes here to say MM is *** and fans, rightly so, will respond with a different opinion. I'm not the one who brought up ALP. I don't "blindly worship" anything in life.
