I hope this is as addicting as jang bo ri is here & unni is alive pls makjang queen
I'm hoping it will be as addicting as The Last Empress & Jang Bo Ri ;)
I only watched the first 4 eps of Band of Sisters though, at which episodes does it get more addicting? At first, I couldn't get used to those few CJB actors being in that drama since I was so used to their CJB characters lol

oddly I feel like this would've had more potential if it had been written/filmed as a 100 episode daily makjang drama instead (since I've been enjoying some of them since last year, and am also watching Lee Il Hwa's other airing drama A Man in a Veil)
There would've been more screentime for the mother/daughter relationship, the romance and revenge, plus the villains' backstories here felt kinda weak I couldn't sympathize with them or get why KHR hated the FL so much. I was not fully convinced when they turned ESM good just so they can get her character out of the way for the main plot to advance.

Some ways the drama could have been better. 1. The FL had actually become her stepmother and lived with them for…
reading all of this reminds me of those 100 episode daily makjang dramas which I actually would've liked this to be.. plus the villains' back stories felt kinda weak to me.

Can somebody please tell me what's with the fight/duel scenes?
What do you mean? If you're talking about the part where the ML fights Cha Do Hyun at the restaurant, it was like a hidden reflex/self defense mode - he was actually good at fighting and he didn't know it. This also happened during the cult arc with that other guy at the fast center.
Now that other fight scene with the boar is like a Streetfighter game xD

I want to watch Choi Jin Hyuk with Song Ha Yoon again except without any amnesia plot lol, and Park Hyung Sik & Park Bo Young (Bong Bong Min Min)! They look so good together
( ˊᵕˋ )♡.°⑅
I love Kim Shin/Grim Reaper bromance too, they are hilarious xD

Title Start-Up
First time screenwriter Park Hye Ryun disappoint me.
The first 2 eps didn't really grab my attention either, maybe because I liked the writer's previous 2 dramas with supernatural vibes/more interesting plots so this one seemed like some typical slice of life drama...

well this is from the same writer/director of The Last Empress so I'm expecting another wild makjang haha
Yeah, I watched Jang Bo Ri. I just mentioned TLE since it's probably more well known or watched here than the other 2.

Lol you cleared my suspicion.... I was getting tol vibes from this drama and the dialogues. I just didn't realize…
sometimes I like to look at who the screenwriter is before I watch the dramas, there are a few who I just don't like their writing style. But these comments are making me curious about this drama lol

not everyone will have similar tastes/sense of humor but to each their own.this was one of the few dramas I've…
I actually can't seem to get into most newer dramas anymore whether it's the script or plots. I guess this is one of the reasons why I've enjoyed some low budget daily makjang dramas since last year, the sets and simple plots/cinematography resemble those of soap operas but I still find them addicting. I found it hilarious when Zombie Detective also made a parody of this with that amnesiac guy who's actually a Chabeol.

This show is really getting interesting and well paced. There is so much plotting and twist - I can’t wait for…
True! I actually find this more interesting than whatever hyped mainstream dramas are airing right now. I love watching villains VS. villains xD
I am liking Kang Eun Tak and Lee Shi Kang in this drama so far, they are my new favourite actors now.

I just watched some of gu again for fun and I was like "Forgot he was in this, from gumiho to zombie I guess"…
... how can you forget his character lol he was the best character in the drama ( ‾ʖ̫‾)
I wonder if they filmed these 2 dramas with the same forest. It gives me similar vibes now

my only complaint with 100 eps is that I want to watch more of this right now (those cliffhangers at the end of every episode again!) I gotta wait until next year to finish this drama?! -_-
I love the angst and thrills of these daily makjangs. After watching Gracious Revenge, Fatal Promise and this, I'm gonna follow every drama in this time slot from now on

omg now I am gonna have double withdrawal symptoms after finishing this and Gu Family Book at the same time (っ◞‸◟c)
love both of Choi Jin Hyuk's characters so much since the 1st episodes! They should give him more supernatural roles since he certainly has the looks & stage presence for it.

This drama is sooo good and hilarious, I keep laughing. its pure comedy. Idk why people don't seem to be enjoying…
not everyone will have similar tastes/sense of humor but to each their own.
this was one of the few dramas I've looked forward to every week, story-wise this drama feels simple but somehow it still feels more original/genuine than some other hyped dramas this year that feels staged with high budget cinematography/more popular actors/generic k-pop OSTs...

I dont know why you wanted a passionate kiss when she barely knows him yet and the kiss was out of nowhere. It…
lol exactly.. I actually liked that scene though it felt calming to watch like they were frozen in time. And there are plenty of other dramas with similar kisses like that that too, not every kiss scene needs to be French kissing.. it has to fit the mood too

I agree with you, I felt like I was click baited to watch it because I like fantasy and super natural elements…
"My Dangerous Wife" looks interesting though, it's a mature thriller with similar vibes to "The World of the Married" I've only watched 2 eps but it looks exciting/am waiting to binge it.
As for this one, maybe they will show their true forms in the later episodes when there is some final battle/showdown?
