I kinda agree with this except I loved A Korean Odyssey. I find many dramas start off boring or awkward but it gets better later. Ep 3 seems better than the first 2.

agreed he is cute/funny/badass here. I started liking him in Devilish Joy 2 years ago, now watching Gu Family Book. I've seen 7 other dramas of him so far but my top 3 fave characters of him are Gong Ma Sung, Kim Moo Young (Kang Min Ho) & Gu Wol Ryung, fell in love with his characters right on the 1st episode. He was also badass in The Last Empress but I have to admit the villains stole the show there. I liked TLE the most since I get addicted to makjang dramas xD

I've got 50 episodes left to go! This drama started out decent but now I can't help feeling bored (too many episodes), fast-forwarding through parts of this drama plus Joo Yeong feels annoying to watch. Maybe for those who are into slice of life you will like this, but since I am more motivated/addicted to makjang dailies (especially in the middle/second half when it gets more intense) there's not really a "I need to click on the next episode!" feeling for me here other than the catchy ending theme song.
also the english subs are making the drama feel cheesier than it is

I thought you seemed familiar but now I remember I saw your comments from when I first started watching Gracious Revenge last year.. that drama got me into makjang dailies, I was raving for new episodes everyday :D

other people be raving over that new fox drama with Lee Dong Wook in it: "He's so hot! I love his hair color"

TWOTM definitely, I almost skipped out on this one thinking it'd be another hyped drama but I was hooked with the first 2 eps

omg Kim Jin Woo is in this drama?? I've been dying to watch another drama of him after Left-Handed Wife but this drama doesn't look that interesting for me since I'm more addicted to makjang than slice of life... I recognize a few actors from Fatal Promise too!

I like cliches but this drama was meh.. what a waste of the main leading actors.
If they were gonna put in annoying exes and truck of doom, might as well have made this a makjang drama lol I get addicted to those

is it just me or does that score button seems glitchy because it keeps changing every time I come back to this page ( ͠° ͟ʖ ͡°)
at one point I even saw an 8 rating when it was rated at the 6s.

according to MDL's # of episodes we're actually at 16 episodes now. Eps 7-8 is 13-16. This drama feels too short for me, the mystery unraveled quickly and they didn't explain yet who killed the real KMY.

Mr. Sunshine was actually rated 9 before but then I noticed some shows decreased by .1 rating ever since MDL changed the scoring system/introduced that "verified/stars rating" feature a few months ago. I couldn't get into the hype over CLOY either but these types of dramas with eye candy/popular actors and romance just appeals more to the mainstream tastes of most k-drama watchers so they will easily rate them high.. I mean just look at the hype over Tale of the Nine-Tailed, lol
As for Stranger 2 I'm not done watching it but maybe some people just preferred the 1st season more?
