It was a private matter between the two but Zhong Si Qiao made the wrong choice of having Xiang Lang tag along with her, figured her reason might be that she didn't want to come off rude since she is always the considerate and caring friend, her cue to give him the hint was already laid out front for Xiang Lang when she said she was meeting a boy, however, he still insisted on staying. Hence, causing a misunderstanding although cleared up quickly but it wasn't pleasant either. Su Hao An was ready to profess his feelings even in front of Xiang Lang as soon as he learned they were just friends however at this moment he was stopped by Zhong Si Qiao from doing so. Her action of stopping him felt like a dislike or sort of rejection for him, whereas for Zhong Si Qiao it was an embarrassing moment since she confessed to Xiang Lang before. I interpreted it as she felt uncomfortable about the whole situation, as for her feelings, I think she has yet to figure it out.
