They're both adapted from two different mangas written by two different authors. The only relation they have is that before they were published as a book, they were first released and serialized through the shoujo magazine called Margaret, that is under the publishing company Shueisha. There are many other manga serializations published in that magazine, so they just picked 3 out of countless others and made a deal with Hulu to make a live-action out of them.

Both the official Korean and English drama name contain the comma (,) at the end of the name, so it's not a mistake, and therefore, there's no need to constantly try to change the names, as your edits will unfortunately get rejected. (:
