I watched this for the 2021 Watch Challenge, and it surprisingly can be used for a LOT of categories: https://mydramalist.com/discussions/forum-games/58165-mdl-s-2021-watch-challenge?pid=1464703&page=1~Since…
Well, okay then š Thank you for the review and analysis. (No sarcasm)
Ahgase here! I loved it š I was introduced to the Thai actors and Iāve watched a show/movie of each of the actors. Scratch that. I have yet to see James. I want to watch this one movie of his. I just havenāt gotten around to it.
Anywho. I thought Jinyoung played a good villain. Thereās this one scene when heās talking to BamBam, and the way Jinyoungās facial expression changes, itās like heās trying to convey the villain as crazy but with a duality that some canāt place.
I love GOT7, and I think this was a good project! š Ahgases always mention that Thailand loved/loves them more than BTS! And I have to agree.
Maybe itās an allegorical film that conveys KDramas vs Lakorns or K-Pop vs. T-Pop. Or Iām thinking too much into it.
After bad romeo, this is my fav lakorn this year.... so good, really love the chemistry fern and tre šš..…
Yeah. Go for it people who havenāt watched it yet! And I need to check out Bad Romeo. It must me really good! I keep coming across comments that mention the drama.
Saint is his usual adorable self and Orn is too cute. Iām only 5 eps in, but Iām really enjoying this more…
They really get better as the series goes on. And Iām glad they have more of a role compared to the original. But I respect your opinion. I guess theyāre simply not everyoneās cup of tea. And maybe they kinda represent how Thai slapstick humor isnāt everyoneās cup of tea either š it kinda ruins the serious moments.
Who knows, when I rewatch it again (which I know I will) I might find them annoying. But I enjoyed the duo.
I think itās really the martial arts choreography and the early ā00s Hong Kong vibe itās got goinā. Although the ending may seem a bit ambiguous, in retrospect, it fits.
What was the difference? I really want to know šÆ
Youāre right. I actually told my sister that. Both are good to look at separately. Especially when looking at the sentiment and motifs. Maybe, the book is the spark notes. Provides clarity to certain charactersā actions and true nature in the movie.
My favorite romance movie. I think it was pretty much a Hong Kong production, thatās why it was bold, understated, and well executed; especially for a romance.
Currently watching. The lead guy reminds me so much of Takeshi Kaneshiro. I think itās the way he holds his smile and smirks.
Note: The FL isnāt that likable, and the ML hasnāt won me over. But then again, Iām pretty sure we arenāt meant to be won over by the characters.

Edit: MangoTV is so lazy. As mentioned by other commenters below, subs stop after a particular episode. Iāll continue on with my search!

But seriously, thanks for taking the time to respond and explain. I appreciate it.
And no problem. This is my favorite Thai drama. So, Iām always willing to answer questions related to my favorite dramas.

I re-watch it when I want something predictable, likable, and satisfying.
