The similar thing is probably just the character's job and time travelling thingy. Not sure how this would compare to Mr Queen but i've found the 2 episodes not less enjoyable.

not an expert but i'm pretty sure his Queen position is vacant, that's why the next rank a.k.a. the Consort acts like she's the one who rule the harem, below Consort position are the concubines.
i'm a huge fan of mr queen. rated it 10 and had it rewatched annually lol. so far the only similarity is the characters' job and i found this as enjoyable as the first eps of mr queen.
