Both the dramas have super amazing chemistry between the main leads. The love scenes will make your heart flutter. Both are into sports. The impact is huge and one couldn't stop from watching more and more.

BME ml is suffering from mental illness but ANHW ml has an intellectual dissability

Park Ji Sang is a doctor specializing in hepato-pancreato-biliary surgery in the best cancer research hospital in the country. He is also a vampire. Despite seeming cold and unfeeling, Ji Sang masks his soft heart and inner pain and yearns for closeness with people. He believes very strongly in the sanctity of human life and suppresses his thirst for blood to treat terminally ill patients and save lives. Among his colleagues is Yoo Ri Ta, a hotshot physician who entered medical school at the age of 17 and is also the niece of the chaebol group chairman who owns the hospital. Ri Ta is highly capable but snooty and prideful, yet Ji Sang finds himself falling for her. He also gets drawn into a conflict between good and evil as he encounters Lee Jae Wook, a two-faced hospital chief who gains everyone's trust with his gentle demeanor, but inwardly harbors a dangerous ambition for power and a talent for cruelty.

A film with the same director and FL. Like 18×2, The Brightest Roof in the Universe also shows the beauty of life and experiencing it with someone for a short period of time.

These two have nothing in common aside from the tone. If you want to watch something happy after getting emotional in 18×2, I would recommend Hold My Hand at Twilight.

They're both dramas involving drawing (and generally, art), though the stories go much beyond that. UtS is very much set into strong bromance (though one can always imagine more), BCYD seems more honest about it.

But if you're interested in a ML who CAN draw (impossible drawings, in UtS), these dramas both have something to offer (and some BL to the side, even if censored or pretend non-existent in one of them).

There's a bit of a school-type background in both series. The MCs have very good chemistry together, and one of them is crushing hard on the other (in each drama). BCYD isn't over yet, so no comparison in endings, but I hope it has a similar kind of ending to LFLS.

Both have amazing acting from a pretty young cast - sadly both are short dramas. Here's hoping more will come.

A slightly similar premise with a work related romance. There is an age gap between the male and female leads, where both women are the older ones. Also, there is a fair amount of skinship in the two dramas.

Both dramas are focused on the fact that the male leader has became a ghost and can only be seen by the female leader.
