The story premise is almost the same. It's all about the ML who can't be touched by any female due to a psychological allergic reaction. And the only cure is the FL to be with her all the time.

Leh Ratree is obviously more of a domestic drama while in Ploy Lom Phet the leads were always on the run and getting chased.

Both dramas however are enemies-to-lovers trope.

Both main-leads hated to love each other.

Love-triangles in both dramas and the ML thinking FL loved the SML.

We have a greedy Mafia Don in the background in both dramas.

Both shows have a lot of the cast in common, especially having Bible in one of the main roles. Both are steamy/spicy and include great and interesting actions scenes. From what we've seen so far, the writing of 4Minutes is more complex than that of KinnPorsche. But KinnPorsche includes a lot of emotional depth like 4Minutes does as well. They both just have similar vibes and are very enjoyable.

Another drama focusing on good food and sharing it with someone you like / love. OFC has an older ML/ younger ML dynamic, while SDL has them a bit more closer in age.

Also has a live-in/personal cook type of story. Good fit between the leads, too.

PP has a professional (IT) ML, SDL has another professional (police officer) ML.

Both are mini dramas in which the ML is undercover in a gang and the FL inadvertently becomes caught up with the gang, under the ML's protection. There is a SFL who is part of the gang and tries to seduce the ML.
