Both movies are set in school with a ML with family trauma who initially sort of distances himself from the FL. Both FLs are very attached to the ML despite him being somewhat cold.

Both are historical Korean dramas with an entertainer (of some sort) ML of a lower station who dreams of travel/another country. Both MLs fall in love with a FL in a higher station.

Both are very fun detective dramas that focus on two male leads with opposite personalities. In Bitter Blood, it's an estranged father-son dynamic where the two end up having to work together. In MIU404, they also have to learn how to work as partners after initially not wanting to.

The ML is admitted to a hospital after facing an accident while this hospital has mysterious deaths surrounded (there's a serial killer) while he want to protect his fiancee who is also admitted to this hospital just like how the ML in Gannibal also assigned to this village full of cannibals where he has to protect his family and solve the mystery.

Both are rather calming and gentle unlikely romances. Both FLs are office workers, quiet, and more withdrawn.

They both deal with the mystic and mystery. Now Triage is about the ML lead desperately trying to save the other ML by reliving the same events over and over again trying for a different outcome. Now Sao Song Winyan is about two young adults trying to help a ghost solve her murder. So it is different but similar in the fact there is a mystery to be solved. I liked both I hope you will try it.

Both are modern day bad boy/good girl romances, where the male and female leads have very little in common from the outside looking in.

Just Between Lovers, however, is a much more haunting and complex story about trauma. How trauma marks and changes you and how you can then be drawn to other people who have also suffered trauma, even if on the surface you are totally different. Also, Just Between Lovers allows the characters to change and grow in a way Lighter & Princess does not.

A completely different era and country, but both dramas follow three very different women looking to make their way in a male dominated world. Both are well-produced and tightly written.

A Dream of Splendor is a bit more romance focused, but both have romance elements.

Both dramas have a younger woman and a more older male mentor. In both, the romance is forbidden, ill-fated and is full of yearning.

The Rise of Phoenixes however is beautifully produced, has wonderfully complex and interesting politics. It's also romance at a distance but has lots more quality interactions between the male and female leads.
