Both dramas feature co-habitation between the main couple, with the ML falling first. Both MLs have traumatic past/troubled relationships with their brothers, and either they or their brother is adopted with the other a biological son of their parents. Both dramas involve the entertainment industry (voice-dubbing vs. producing). The ML of NBY and the SML of PL are portrayed by the same actor.
Both are rich MLs co-habituating with their quirky female employees. Both MLs have a phobia and traumatic past. The same actor who is the SML of NBY is a supporting character in HMG.
Both are romantic dramas with a relationship between a seemingly cold but warm inside boss and his female employee.
the male lead is the female lead’s body guard and they fall in love with each other. the female lead is domineering and the male lead is submissive.
Both have the main couple living together after having met years before which made a deep impression on the ML. Both MLs have traumatic past/issues. Both dramas have a similar feel/tone.
Both dramas have a similar ML - wealthy, traumatic past, manipulative, and deceptive, yet deeply in love with the FL who is the one bright spot in his life and who he met years before but she doesn't remember him. Both couples live together from the beginning.

Much like The Bond, Go Brother! focuses on a pair of siblings, which like your typical siblings fight and argue a lot. Only one day as a birthday wish, the sister wishes away her older brother and finds out she's now an only child like she's always wanted.
This, like The Bond, will pull at your heartstrings with the wholesome interactions to the huge realizations of how important true family is only once you've let it slip away.
I don't wanna spoil much but trust me, get a big box of tissue beforehand especially if like me you have a sibling, you'll want to go hug them real tight right after this.
10/10 recommend especially if you've just watched The Bond and need to fill in that void.

Both dramas are dailies with a main character receiving a cornea transplant. In You Are My Destiny it is the female lead and in The Love In Your Eyes it is the male lead receiving the corneas of the female lead's late husband.
Also starring Wang Hao Xuan and both are mini-dramas.

Both films are about a grief-stricken father who is unable to cope with his child's loss. He targets a seemingly innocent man in an unjust manner. Lines are crossed and the question of who has the moral high ground is constantly questioned.
Both shows have Ha Joon in law enforcement playing his signature stoic glance whenever the occasion requires it ....

They are similar in that both of these dating program is centered on love and friendship. They only differ in that in Between Love and Friendship (BLF), the participants are a male friend group of 4 and a female friend group of 4, meanwhile in Edge of Friendzone (EF), we got 4 pairs of "friends". Also, in BLF, there is no MCs/panel that reacts to the group interactions. (I'm fine with or without but I have to say, the panel of EF is too hyper for me, I mean we got already a very hyper cast member and when we got loud reactions from the panel, it is just too much. BTW, I adjusted well in the 2nd episode, can't drop this, it is so fun and interesting.)
Both dating shows gather a pair who are 'friends' in a beautiful villa where they can meet new people they can fall in love with or confirm/ignite their feelings for their 'friend'.
For the differences, in Love & Joy, we got the Enjoy couple interacting with the participants and facilitating the program meanwhile in Edge of Friendzone, they have a panel who reacts to their interactions. They also have their own unique system of participants showing interest with the person s/he chooses.
