In both dramas, people from all over the country are taken somewhere and forced to play extremely high stakes games where death is likely. They're both extremely violent, and don't shy away from showing anything you normally wouldn't see from dramas. If you liked one you will without a doubt like the other.

The writers of both shows distributed the storylines over the episodes evenly. They both knew what to do in each episode, unlike most Korean dramas which often have a rushed ending.

Both shows belong to the genre death game. Whereas the participants in squid game are randomly picked belong the participants in tomodachi game to a secretive friends groups. All the games are entertaining and fun. Either way both shows need to be binged or you die of curiosity. After finishing Squid Game it’s a nice next step to watch TG when you’re still in the mood for the genre.

ML likes FL at first even though FL don't know about this at first and they consider ML as their Idol. In both drama's FL and ML are strong player's (online game).

Both shows are about survival game stories. The main character and it’s friends have different qualities in both shows. In Zero we have a Sherlock Holmes like super Brain and in Squid Game a person like you and me. The games are fun in both and ofc more creative in the Japanese version. Death Game shows and movies have their origin in Japan and they can do it best. If you had fun with the Korean dramas Liar Game or Squid Game then take it to the next level an dive into Japanese game shows. You won’t regret it!

These two stories have love, pain, betrayal, sadness and once you start the dramas you will travel with them, the sufferings of the characters.

Just like Lost, TLIYE represents the elements of regret, hope and failure as well. Though both series are different in terms of subject, but they both deals with failures, disappointments, unrequited pursuits, and lost happiness, they were able to find at the end.

Lost and Nooni Bushige is also similar, because characters of both show deals with the pain, hardships and struggle of life.
