Unlucky Ploy is Thai remake version for Another Miss Oh. Love both version. Similar storyline however it have different vibe.
Both have similar vibes. MLs use extreme means to achieve his goals. In Awaken, the ML is clearly more emotional and has a clear bottom line. In TMWYS, it's a lot blurrier. FL clearly likes ML in Awaken but that doesn't seem to be the case in TMWYS.

My Country is a lot more of a tragedy, however, there were similar plot points such as a gisaeng house that is *more* than it appears (spies/assassins), a fight for the throne and I think that Nokdu and Hwi (main character in My Country) were very similar characters. Also Woo Do Hwan as Seon Ho (in My Country) is literally INCREDIBLE, so I would recommend this drama based on his performance alone anyway.
Both dramas have an excentric forensic detective/examiner as the male lead.
The VG deals with only one case, while PfJ has multiple ones

Both of the main girls are into makeup and pursue it as a career choice. The two male leads in both of the dramas are friends and end up liking the same girl.
They are both about creating an idol group. Although Top Management has some more supernatural elements and it's about a boy grouo not a co ed group.
