Recommendations

Even though legend of fei is Chinese and descendants of the sun is korean, they still have a couple of similarities
1.the male leads both come close to death or die in a sense
2.the female lead isn't silly and is actually mature for once
3.both of them have very high rankings in my personal fav list ( descendants of the sun being 2nd fav in my korean list and legend of fei being 2nd in my Chinese list )
You shouldn't mind all the bad reviews as both the dramas are amazing in their own right

An old and aging uncle has a second chance for romance. He went into a mysterious photography studio to have his picture taken and left the studio looking decades younger. His younger self met a director of a modeling agency and fell in love.

Both shows have the same supernatural vibe from either the restaurant 'Your Most Beautiful Days' or the bar 'Somewhere Only We Know' and allow the protagonists to make or remake choices about their past to determine their future.

The female lead characters in both dramas, despite their high social status, are forthright, unconventional, fearless, practical, and unpretentious. They can never be manipulated by others, and they will never take orders. Both dramas are hilarious with funny side characters.

Worth to watch!
Both actors portrayed the same like the anime - story line, production, OST, visual are perfect. Do not miss out.

Both have contract marriages with the male and female leads eventually falling in love. There were some misunderstandings and jealousies but in the end they actually get married.

It's a bl which made me exited!!!

Both main leads have identity secrets to unveil and love stories in both lifetimes. They will both eventually fell in love with each other and face all the obstacles together.

Both dramas take place at the broadcasting station and both have elements of suspense and investigation as well as special medical condition (FL in Pinocchio and ML in FMiYM). Of course both dramas have moments of romance and comedy. There are some other similarities but that would be a spoiler... Both are highly recommended!
