Long ye qu is similar to Qing Ya Ji because it is long ye qu is sequel of Qing Ya Ji I wonder how the sequel will go out.
Although very different in story both were directed by the same person and they have quite a few similar elements such as having:
-a rich male lead who is also a film major
-an openly gay character
-characters who are in college
And -an amazing ost.

In both our main lead has had an unrequited crush on her best friend for a long time and are now being confronted with it. Both of them also have short but nice mother-daughter moments and a little storyline between the mcs other friend, who is lgbt. The osts are great as well and they just generelly gave me a similar feel and have a similar aesthetic (and i think both have lots of night and driving shots). Both star Jasmin Curtis too.
A group of friends drama about adults trying to live their lives to the best of their ability, with a little bit of romance.
- FL has strong family background but choses to abandon it
-FL starts working for ML
-both are comedies, although I found Royal Sister Returns to be more comedic (maybe partially bc of good chemistry)
- There is a past connecting the ML and FL and their families
-Sm:)e has a more light hearted ending

Leads in both dramas go back in time to 90's and meet their family members - in case of I don't want to be friends with you it's FL's (soon to be) mother while in Waiting for you in the future ML meets his younger self.
Similar premise - in both cases we follow leads' rather unhappy lives through a series of flashbacks, while someone in the present investigates crimes related to them.
They have a similar vibe. Mostly sweet and low on angst. Perfect cold man and sweet and naïve female lead.
I think winner is king will might be similar to flying Phoenix because it will be focusing on main male leads and I think it’s bromance
The similarities:
The arranged marriage
In both the dramas female leads not very interested or thought about this marriage but in goong male lead is strongly against the marriage
Slow process of falling in love after marriage ,living together

Both Filipino BL series set in the pandemic, although the setting is different. For Gameboys it's a video call format.( mostly), While Why Love Why has mostly face to face acting.
Both supernatural LGBTQ+ stories told by the same crew (director, screenwriter, cinematographer...). Both are films beautifully shot which tells spiritual storylines.
They both have a cast of unique characters solving a mystery in a location they can’t escape from. They also both start out somewhat slowly before delving into a story with plot twists and intrigue
Edward Chen starring in another BL. Similar to Your Name Engraved Herein; the plot such when things don't work in the past in the future maybe?
Even though they are two different movies yet they do have some similarities such as: fighting against the same enemy, two main characters ...
