Both have tragic ends LOL

Similar angst, frustration through last few episodes.

Good cast, OSTs and cinematography. OSTs and BGM are greater in GBMP

Good chemistry between the ML and FL. But in GBMP, it's greater and both FL and ML matches.

both have love triangles.

Even it's tragic, both worth the watch.

It's about game, two Alpha Males, intense competition, e-sports and how they started to informing us that there were things like this, that lately been booming again, bit like informing that these e-Sports were famous and widely known in China from years ago and also the most important message about both of the dramas is about If You Are Believe in Yourself, You Can Do It.

These two dramas are both about a man (the one in Prom Pissawat is half Korean and in Love Beyond he's half Chinese) travelling to thailand to find their mother.
While Prom is way more angsty than the childishly comedic Love Beyond drama, they both feature many side characters as well as dramatic reveals of who the men's real mothers are.

Plots seems similar with the daughter traveling to the past when the time her parents were students. In Linking Love her parents have been together but breaking up but in IDWTBFWY, her mother is a single woman.

- Both don't introduce any female leads8
- Both are about investigations, case solving
- Both have the main characters leading teams of crime fighters solving different cases (the SID in Guardian and the SCI in SCI)
- Guardian is more fantasy while SCI is more psychological though

Smart and strong-headed FL that only cares about herself and eventually the ML. But really child-like inside.
Calm ML with a painful past and a current priority.
Dramas have very different themes.
