They're both a slow burn with fluffy romance throughout! I absolutely love the music, and both of these were both fluffy and aesthetically pleasing and soft in general~

both stories are about the 2 main leads meeting in different stages of their lives, a story of first love, second chance and the last meeting..

both have the "cold rich male lead with a traumatic past", and they both have a mature/grownup ish romance.. with a strong female lead...
also, the parents in both dramas are more supportive than the usual romcom parent ;p

Both stories have a war background in which lead actresses are skilled in gunnery.
YNS is based on a true story. The acting and cinematography are very good in this drama too.

Same genre. Ever Night may have higher production values, but both are enjoyable for what they are. Very high quality effects and acting. If you're watching Oriental Odyssey, watching Ever Night in-between episode releases, is a must.
