It seems like a far fetch, but I honestly don't understand why no one has made this connection yet...
Yes, these two are very different dramas, BUT... the MLs have somewhat of a similar personality at times. No spoilers, so you'll have to figure out how on your own. (There is a very similar scene between the protagonists in both dramas. You'll know when you get there, I'm sure...)

A drama with the same actor as ML and a very very similar story! About the ML also meeting a single mother and her little girl. In the beginning he was also an arrogant person who looked down on people, but because of the love for the woman and her daughter, he slowly changed for the better and became a warm and caring person. Both melodramas, with funny moments

These two are obviously very different dramas, but they chemistry between the protagonists is similar, plus... Affinity has literally copy-pasted a scene from Grab your Love. No hate obviously!
That scene is worth taking inspiration from anyway. Hehe... (Those who have watched both will know to which scene I'm referring).
