Mature romance and relationship. Both female character broke up with ex because of cheating. In both dramas the female lead have their own career and think for themselves. They have a BFF with their own love line. In both dramas the main lead come to live in the same place. In both dramas the parents of the female lead control their daughter.

very different historical background, but how they drive around the war zone makes me want to recommend the Taxi Driver. I love every second of both movie!

Both about the army, though different time, similar vibes (three friends fighting together) with some love triangle, both start with light friendship-adventure to later go into politics and plots

This is another palace harem masterpiece with a strong female lead character.

Zhen Huan is naive and generous at the start, but becomes more and more cold and merciless as the story progresses. Yingluo has wits and uses them to protect the people she loves.

Both dramas have great romance and palace plots and will make you stick to the screen waiting for the next plot twist.

Both are 2020 released taiwanese romance, comedy, drama movies with good acting performances. They start off as comedic stories about the present with an interesting quirk but then become more dramatic as they depict the past/future events (which includes a falling out...). Also the posters look kind of similar too.

Very similar plot. Both Female leads were writers who had been transported to their own written stories as villain. Both male leads also got into an accident in the beginning of the drama which was also the same time the female leads got transported.

Both stories talks about regrets and second chances. The acting and story in both is great, and various themes are faced. Both have comedy and sad moments, making both of them a rollercoaster of emotions.

Mostly about character exploration of a woman with mysterious past and shaddy motivation who's suspected/convicted for murder, chronicling her past and relationships and what made her who she is now.

Firstly, both these BLs have Ohm as the main lead. Also, even though HCTM is not about a love-to-hate romance, it does share the same theme of early childhood friends becoming more than just friends. The deepness of their relationships is what truly pulls both romances together. And a bonus is that both feature beautiful OSTs. Overall, these series are both golden BLs that you should check out!

both couples previously met when they were younger and had exchanged a token then gets lost later on as they grew up. Fast forward to being adults, the female lead faces personal problems and meets their lover. They start out on bad terms but slowly fall in love as they get to know each other. Both male leads have lost their loved ones and struggling with personal issues (becomes strong when they fall in love with their lover).
Both dramas seem to also have various characters that protect the female lead. the lead female character is loved by everyone except for that 1 girl (who then accepts them later on).
the theme of art/creativity is in both dramas. TBS has music & design, while CFK has music & fashion.
The difference would be that TBS feels more like a real-life love story, while CFK is a fantasy love story between the rich and poor (reason why it's called cinderella). Both in my opinion really cute love stories. Both made me cry and laugh.
