Both dramas are centered around employers and employees working in convenience stores/marts.
Refreshingly quirky and zany, with totally unpredictable plot, hilarious characters and awkward situations, they were a very enjoyable ride from beginning to end!

No need to reveal the sensual or titilating Story to get the attraction of the viewers, The Title itself will give a clue to the Story. Lead Actors are in legal age already but yet we have to show to the viewers that this Series doesn't need a sexual scenes or any such like.
Both have characters travelling from a past Japan to the future. In both the ancient characters try to adapt and even look for romance in modern time. They largely keep their old habits but learn a bit about the modern world. The difference would be that Hikaru Genji is a fictional Heian-period character and Senka is supposed to be a real Edo-period woman.

While the two dramas have different plot, the two did share some similarities in the setting as well as overall plot. Both Kangto and Hoon had a tragic past in which their lives took a drastic turn during their childhood, which lead to them taking a path that wasn't quite righteous. And it's due to the sacrifices of their loved ones (Gangto's older brother and Hoon's father) that they ended up trying to change their lives into being a lot more true to themselves. Both Kangto and Hoon inevitably being dragged into a political strife that more or less shaped the lives they ended up in and both also were involved in a tragic love relationship with the girl they loved. Not to mention the fact that in both dramas Jin Seyeon played as both of the protagonists' love interest.
Both are medical themed dramas where the main protagonists attempt to change the stagnant medical world using their own method as doctors of their own rights while not being chained by any rules and refusing to back down to other's pressures. While their main fields of experties are mostly on the medical sides, both Daimon Michiko and Shiratori Keisuke can be quite a detective in unearthing the corruption in the environment they work in and be quite analytical in trying to resolve the obstacles they encountered.
Strong female. Love growth. Female protect male. Female carry the weight. Female martial art. Female kickass fight.
Both have kickass girlfriend or wife. Funny. Strong family love. Hilarious family secret. Good sweet ending.
The dutiful wife is cheated on by her husband whith someone really close. She has to learn to stand on her own two feet and gain her independance. The main leads are different though. In Mia 2018 the FL is a frumpy mom who lost herself in her role of wife and mom and has to find herself. In Roy Leh Marnya, she is independant sexy and young.
It's basically the movie of the Wish You show - but like in a movie form with a few extra scenes :)- . I recommend the movie over the show itself.

I just recently watched 100 Days my Prince and even tho there isn't many similarities plotwise, Kim Seonho is in both dramas. In 100 Days his character is lowkey the Joseon version of Jipyeong, being the aspiring person who is a respected figure, wants to help people and get to higher places, because he deserves a lot more than life prepared for him. I think it would be interesting for people to see Seonho in a different role, but getting how his potential to be a great Jipyeong was already clear since his past works.
GB reminds of Sweet18.
Similarities:
Older ML/ younger FL
Educated ML/ FL only has basic education
Hate to love relationship
In both series FL mainly dreams of being a good housewife
In both dramas the FL has the Father/Mother in law’s support
I enjoyed Sweet 18 more than GB. GB has some really good scenes but it also has annoying characters.

They're part of the same series and go to the same high school. The main characters of Unrequited Love appear in With You (with different a actor and actress).
