If you like medical dramas and you haven't watched this... you're missing out. There is romance in this but focuses more on medical. The main character enters the palace as a doctress just like Yu Xian and complicated politics stuff get involved.
Both the dramas have some relation in the supernatural happenings. Where as in Signal regarding the messages with the past and in Cheo Yong in relation to the ghosts. Both focus on solving crimes in the society.
Both the series consist of a character who can interact with ghosts. And the ability is used to solve crimes in the society with the help from the ghosts.
They are both odd romances. I believe that The Cage of Love is a bit more serious than Destined to love you. But both are humorous and an amazing watch.
