Suda Masaki and Arimura Kasumi have main roles in both of these films and they both deal with contemporary issues such as societal pressures to conform and finding employment that young people face in modern Japan.
On the surface, both of these shows seem vastly different. From the titles down to the summaries. One is marketed as a romance, while the other is focuses on feminism. The characters Ta Mi and Najai (Jubjang) are similar in many aspects. Like the protagonists in their respective stories, both women are strong, career-driven, dedicated. Both mid-thirties women get swept off their feet by a much younger male lead whose only goal is to show them true love.
Each story has its setbacks and problems within the commitment to one another, sparking its own story. It also doesn't hurt to point out that Arlan and Morgan were music composers and producers for their respective industries. Each of these young men where steadfast when it came to their own feelings as well as their partners. They allowed for that view of toxic masculinity to be shattered, they felt their feelings as well as allowed their partner to feel them as well. One of my favorite aspects of both stories is not the romance though those are breathing taking and make your heart flutter which each confession of love. What had me glued to the screen were the women. Each show had three women who had a love, hate, friend relationship. Where these women made past mistakes, and decisions were made that affected each other. In 'I Need Romance,' Najai, Kiss, and Priew had what 'Search: WWW' Ta Mi, Ga Kyung, and Scarlett had; an enemy turned friend. These stories also showed that these women could have so many different kinds of emotions all at once.

Both dramas are about husbands hiding their secrets from wives. They also include the theme of self-sacrifice for other person. However, "Recalled" doesn't focus on romance part.

Thai BL dramas. One of the couples from Top Secret Together shares a bit of storyline with Sotus. The head of the SOTUS program falls for a boy who's against their rules, the only one who's not afraid of him and can defy him.
oddly, these two stories are quite similar. ml and fl bicker and dislike each other at first and then start to like each other. both ml at the beginning are still in love with their ex who still also loves them back.
Both one fine week 1 and 2 and SIMAAF involve a relationship between an idol and non idol, meeting through and forming a relationship through a reality tv
In this series you can see a group of people catching the ghosts with their supernatural power with the help of other world
One is the drama vision and the other a movie. Have some of the same charaters in both. The focus is on the brother of the main girl of the drama.
For anyone watching this for Sol and Jiwan and is into GLs, Yes or No is a GL and has a few sequels too. It's an old story though but it is quite nice and fresh. A good, light GL story. Give it a try.
Both drama are detective-based. But in 99.9 Keiji, the protagonist is a lawyer(yet, most of the job he does is detective-work). Like Ibuki in MIU 404, Miyama in 99.9 Keiji is a funny guy. Moreover Miyama's partner is even dumber and funnier in contrast to Ibuki's partner who is not always funny. If you like the humour part of MIU 404 then 99.9 Keiji must be your next stop, as it delivers humour at an even higher level.

I have read both the novels .They are both slow burn romances with an outlook on the mature decisions of two responsible adults in a relationship.
Both are high school dramas.
MLs in both dramas are celebrities and FLs are fans.
Both have very light hearted romance and focuses on friendship.
The main difference is the personalities of leads. In my deskmate, ML is cold and FL is kinda clumsy and leads in summer again seem matured.
