Both shows are satires which also have:
> Eccentric characters.
> Team assembling/teamwork.
> The leads are working against corrupt people with a lot of power.

Storylines are slightly similar.
In both dramas, the couples almost date before going separate ways and then meet again; one of them is a writer, and in both dramas the writers (one of the main characters) incorporate their lives in their writings; the 2MLs have similar roles (but it's more serious in ToL); they both talk about friendships; slow-burn romances; they are both overlooked dramas.
Temp of Love is a little deeper, more serious and longer, while Ex-Girlfriend Club is more humorous and the problems are on a less serious note.

Both depict an enduring, mature love story through post-revolutionary China, and follow characters through multiple generations. Both couples are "unlikely couples," though Frontier of Love even more so. Both feature excellent acting, writing, and directing.
They both go to school and both end up living together - and of course falling in love. The main lead is also smart and tsundere.
I haven't finished PYHoMS yet because it is still ongoing, but from the 8 episodes I have watched already, they are both very light hearted, fluffy and heartwarming! The main characters have unwavering love for each other. Both includes college life and has very smart male leads. Although the girl is not as smart as the male lead, but still very smart because the male leads are geniuses that can't be compared to... The personalities for the main leads are so sweet and cute too.
They are actually sister dramas! All based on the same author's novels too. Although "Put Your Head on My Shoulder" is still ongoing, I liked every episode of it so far (even more than "A Love So Beautiful". They are both so heartwarming (especially PYHoMS) with great character developments and include school life (with PYHoMS starting from college and ALSB from high school). If you liked one drama, you'll like the other. Both are very light and you will find yourself with a big smile on your face after every episode.
If you want some kind of revenge vibe with smart main lead, then you should watch Doctor Prisoner.
There are similar vibes.

Both dramas are about body swapping. Spring Turns to spring is about two completely different women swapping bodies and learning from each other. Both dramas are light and fun to watch.
Both series are about pointing out the pretensions or hypocripsies in society. People caring too much about money and material goods.
The female lead is accused of being murderer's daughter. She wants to work in police forces / court in order to set her father free and clear the family's name. The romance is threatened with the past memories of the accident - in which both families had taken part.
The scenes of the tragedy are the starting points for both stories. The heroes have superpowers but they still need to learn how to use them in oder to to prevent crime.
A fangirl gets a chance to meet her idol in real life. Both girls try to hide their identities and still remain beloved fans.
