--> Clean with Passion is about a cleaning company while Monthly House is about a real estate magazine company
--> Clean with Passion is on the more cliche side, it can get a bit sappy at times (not a bad thing tho)
--> Monthly House takes cliches and makes them a bit more original
--> ML in Clean with Passion has OCD which makes him unapproachable and cold
--> ML in Monthly House is a workaholic and a bit of a materialist, which makes him unapproachable and cold
--> There is a classic love triangle in Clean w/ Passion while Monthly House it's a bit more complicated (almost a love square/ they may be hinting a love pentagon)
--> Monthly House spends more time exploring the stories of the other workers at the magazine company, while there isn't as much in Clean w/ Passion.

Members of opposite sex who starts off as strangers and come together under 1 roof to see if theirs sparks/interest to develop to something more.

- The Scum Villain's Self-Saving System and Heaven Official's Blessing (Tian Guan Ci Fu) is made into a Donghua.

If you like one, it is a given that you will like the other mainly because if the novel had done a wonderful job of making this universe. Both can take your emotions go through a roller-coaster ride as it has elements of comedy, romance, friendship and a bit of tragedy (?Maybe).

The actors in guardian has done a wonderful job in conveying the emotions without making it so obvious. The looks that they give each other make you swoon.
(The CG is a bit off)

Differences:-
- MUG has a cross dressing plot while FIYS doesn't.
- MUG is set in university while FIYS is set after graduation.
- MUG is a physical sport related while FIYS is e-sport related.

It is a cute romance of the two male leads... and them finding out their true feeling and accepting one another

They both have deep story where main lead has to lie or be quiet to conceal the truth. Both stories are so touching that you will cry but still you will find happy ending.

3rd season of the show. Different characters in a similar, yet different scenario. Episodes are short and sweet. Definitely worth it to watch.

Between Friendship and Love 3 is obviously the third season of the show. The episodes are short and sweet, but still convey the story well. Again, different characters but similar stories. Two people who live far from one another.

Second season of the show. They have different characters, but kinda similar scenarios? The first one is about two people who work together and live far apart, the second one is about friends who live far apart.

- Both are rom-com centered.
- Both have Boss-Employee romance set-up.
- MLs have similar personality.
- I won't say FLs are similar but both seems very dedicated towards the work they've assigned.
