Similar concept with sisters, misunderstandings and family love, Dead Sister is mature and serious while Hanawake is over the top comedic
Pinocchio and Uncontrollably Fond give off a similar vibe. The shows focus on characters who's lives are intertwined in both the past and present and both shows deal with parental issues that may or may not affect the relationships between the main characters.
They both have a main lead who is not fit to be a doctor according to the people around him which is a MAJOR element in both dramas
plus they are both unique and just SIMPLY GREAT

Stubborn people hiding their true emotions and thoughts coming out of their shell
Both of these dramas are a entertaining take on the horror-comedy genre. Both male leads have the ability to see ghosts, but not necessary the ability to get rid of them. The side characters are a healthy dose of comic relief that put on airs of braveness yet flee from ghostly encounters. Entertaining, fun watches that occasionally get the heart racing.
Both deal with main char(s) being able to see ghost, be possessed by ghost and helping the ghost move on. Master's sun has mystery and a deeper running story while Omukae Desu is mostly episodic, both of them have romance
Keiko Kitagawa is beautiful and cute. The way she acted is incredibly adorable.
Both dramas have similar stories with their differences. Both have a superstitious element to it, both have a CEO who are charismatic, both have that perfect 'second' lead that the girl never chooses, both have great OST, both have some really funny, romantic and cute scenes, both females have changed their CEOs. The difference- one is light and the other is a darker drama.
Both drama's are based on horror manga's that focus on the supernatural
Both drama's are comedy's that focus on a young male teacher who can see Yokai's/involved in the supernatural in some way and teams up with students to protect the class.
Both have a female ghost main character, a main character that can see dead people, a past their prime Shaman type supporting character, and a sweet character with a dark secret. Also, the ghost is trying to remember what happened to her and figure out what she has to do to move on, in both.
Both have a person that can see dead people. Both have Funny and Scary Ghost characters.
Master's Sun is far superior. The writing, acting, and chemistry is all 10 times better. It is a drama you will want to watch more than once.
Bring It On Ghost has much more one dimensional characters and a predictable storyline. It does have a couple truly funny character actors playing side characters though. The 2 guys in the ghosthunting club, the Shaman, and her ghost friend are all hilarious. It is unlikely to go on a rewatch list but it will be good for a laugh the first time through.

Beethoven Virus also has a sort of rag-tag group of musicians come together to form an orchestra in order to achieve their dreams. Both dramas focus a lot on the individual characters and the relationships that they build within their group.
