Both female leads trying to solve the mysteries of their deaths. The antagonist (pre-supposed) are very much alike!!
Season 1 is a definite pre-watch to Season 2. Extremely short, only 5 episodes, all total.. less than an hour. On Netflix now. 07/2016
Similar concept: Time travel, war, political instability, romance.
I am not really sure why, honestly. They are two different dynamics but both equal to me. I think you all might think the same. :-)
In both their are two high school students who live together, but don't want anybody to know. Both couples make each other better people.
i like healer so much and i want to see some drama like him
healer is the best drama i see ever

It has the same vibe: imperfect people dealing with real problems. There is no magic pill in either one of these dramas. Both have psychiatrists who have their own issues to deal with, and patients who have to learn that it takes a real desire to get better. Love helps, of course, but what you really need is hard work and sometimes medication.
The romance in both the movies is innocent and sweet. If one of the two movies made you cry, the other one will too.
Both deal with a group of close friends who give extra attention to one special friend.
Both involve a medical aspect.
Both have a cute love-centred feel to the show.
I'm only 6 episodes in to Doctors but throughout all of them I was reminded of how I felt when watching Descendants of the Sun.

Both have arranged marriages set up by grandfathers. The bride in Sweet 18 is also in high school and have traditional families.

Similar concept with sisters, misunderstandings and family love, Dead Sister is mature and serious while Hanawake is over the top comedic
Pinocchio and Uncontrollably Fond give off a similar vibe. The shows focus on characters who's lives are intertwined in both the past and present and both shows deal with parental issues that may or may not affect the relationships between the main characters.
